Walmart Supercenter

So my Issue is with the Walmart pick up. Today the lady who I spoke with on the phone was very much rude. I simple asked if there was a way to retrieve my items that clearly stated had been picked but once I realized what I was missing at home. I called and she said that I need to get a refund with a very smart attitude. I then asked why would they be checked off if I didn’t receive them and is there a way to get the 2 times I was missing. She rudely said no you can call the 1800 number and get a refund but we can’t go re pick it.

Checked out at 8am and it was only self checkout open. I had a cart full of items I was required to scan and bag myself while five employees were in the self checkout area just watching everyone?!? Better start giving a 50% discount to people who self checkout since we're doing the flipping job for ya!

Waiting for two years to get a NEW VINYL for my sons BDay. Finally in stock. Ordered it received it AND THE COMPANY THEY PURCHASE RECORDS THROUGH are Mastered in a way others don’t.. QUALITY IS AMAZING. Bloodline with Joe Bonamassa when he was 15. Guitar solos incredible. I have a new go to now for NEW VINYL.

The parking lot makes no sense. The Pick Up area is an abomination and it takes 79 years for anyone to come out and help you, so you will sit there for a good 20 minutes. It is in such a cluster-f area. I wouldn't go here again.

Walmart doesn't have to worry about keeping customers since they are about the only choice we have. The service has went down through the yrs as they slowly ran all the local stores out of business there friendly helpful service has turned into sometimes wanting things that are locked up and you end up not buying it cause you get sick of waiting for someone. Shoot they used to have enough employees on duty to follow you around the store make sure you weren't stealing anything, now we have to check ourselves out. Nothing against any employees of Wal Mart just what I've seen through the yrs as everything changes some just aren't for the good of the customer but to the good of the corporate owners.

I always come to this walmart for my primo water exchanges because they have several shelves of them here. This time I brought my 5 empty primo bottles in and grabbed my 5 exchanges and on the way out, the lady stopped me saying I only had four in there on the way in ‍ it was such a fuss. Anyways, going forward I will ensure we count them together on my way in.

I have never been treated so badly by a team lead! Was there Thursday around 530. And had a decent cart of things. Waited in the self check outs and then after finally checking out. My bf was trying to use his 15 percent off coupon. It wouldn't work. The cashier came over. Couldn't suspend my transaction so had to cancel it , she took me to her team lead. All she had the audacity to say , many times, you need to just go wait in the line. Said very rudely I explained I already rung up everything, but it got voided , again she said you need to go wait in a checkout lane , if you don't like your job find another oe.. extremely rude! Don't know her name but started with a C.. will not go back to that location. No reason to be disrespected, could of been more professional.. I was thinking of transferring to that location but no thanks

Bathrooms are always gross, and people leave carts everywhere in the parking lot. Plus, there is always some black van there, probably living there. 10/10 would not recommend. But 14th street is definitely worse so idk lol.

Walmart almost always have everything that I could possibly want or need. Except a roasted chicken. You better make it before 7 if thats what you want for dinner. But the have 1000's of choices if you don't get get your chicken.

This has to be the busiest WalMart in the state. Parking can be a difficult. It is pretty easy access off the interstate. Can be challenging to find an associate for help. They all seem to be in the self-checkout area. They have someone checking your receipt when you leave. I never stop though. They have cameras and associates watch as you check your stuff out. I never stop. I’ve used the curbside pickup and it was pretty fast. They usually have at least one option for what I’m looking for. Produce is pretty basic and not always the best selections.
