Ross Dress for Less

Staff is always helpful and the store has a wide selection and stays organized. Things are hectic during the holiday season but this staff handles the holidays like champions. Love this location.

Usually find something to purchase at a Ross store. Seems selection is limited at times, ever since Covid hit. Store was decent this visit, but smelled like someone let their cat in & sprayed all over. It was really strong in some areas. Whew...

I shopped your store when you were in Arizona when I went out there in the winter and bought clothing and brought it back to Iowa. Were styles that were popular in Arizona and people hadn’t even seen them in Iowa. great store have no problem with it, it’s always been a very positive thing in my eyes.

The store is a mess & there's only 1 person working the check out. She may have been a little speedier if she wouldn't have had her ear buds in her ears to talk on her phone while she checked customer purchases.

I went in here at 4:46 pm on tue. Nov. 8 if you look at the camera you can see that your associates need to work on customer service. Saying thank you have a nice day instead throws my receipt in the bag and doesn't say anything.

This place had the best Associates working for them and they offer a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The best part is how they already have the best clothes for your specific needs and wants.

I always find good deals. Store was well stocked. You should stop often cause merchandise changes with each truck delivered.

I moved from a place that had an amazing thrift store. This is what I use instead. I always find something I want in my size. Always a Great value

Great for discount clothes. Not all sizes. Found awesome namebrand metal drinking cups cheap.
