I love Hot Topic but this store doesn't have a huge selection. Love shopping for Funkos and T shirts here.

Here often with the teenager. Selection not as good as Jordan Creek but easier to maneuver in. I think in general these stores need more space.

Do not buy from this place. Staff did nothing to help the people when they falsely advertised something for sale and we lined up and hour before store opened to buy. Then they continued to block everyone on social media they spoke out about their on mess up. Worst Hot Topic you can shop at

This place is kind of gone downhill they don't carry certain sizes make you order online not a lot of selection a lot of stuff seems old because nobody is buying the stuff seems ran down staff is unfriendly

The employees were awesome! Very helpful and honest. I would have given it more stars but this hot topic does not carry plus size unless it's a return. Which is extremely sad. Wish I could go to the store and try on clothes.

Lots of various items here to look around This was a great spot for my teenage child to look at what they saw as trends. They found several items while we shopped here and I found this to be great time spent.

The employees are great! Helpful, knowledgeable and personable. They have gone out of the way to help me order things, and do returns of online purchases. I wish hottpoic stores were larger and easier get around in especially during a pandemic?, and I wish they had more plus sizes in store.

I love your selection, my sons do too. Your only down fall is space! It is hard to move around in any store I had been into even in the past! But the setup, decor arrangements and staff always fit very well with the theme it brings. Your staff always assists customers and lets them look around without consistently asking how they can help. I feel that makes a good business thrive on repeated business.

For the last four years, Hot Topic has been *the place* to get gifts for my teenage daughter. The prices are absolutely fair, and bargains abound. Plus the staff at the Merle Hay Mall store are really friendly and do their jobs well!
