An absolute horrible Walmart … the worse one I’ve been too…I had to beg them to let me spend money , I spent over $300.00 in gift cards , the management and the staff here is absolutely horrible and they have no leadership, the employees are lazy, they look awful and are very unprofessional, managers are seen hanging out while you fight for there attention , I literally had to fight for 30 minutes why I should by these gift cards … isn’t the purpose of a buisness to make money ? Never again will I stop by here again, I spent $470 and they made me ring up my own stuff and sent me everywhere around the store because no one wanted to ring up gift cards
This store is really great. The employees are friendly and helpful. I mainly shop here for groceries, but I did buy a new toaster. Walmart has the lowest prices in my opinion. I like the Walmart ATM machine and their banking services as well. I mainly buy money orders which are the best priced of all those selling them. I don't like having outstanding checks on my checking account, so I use money orders.
This walmart is pretty good. Always busy but I really like the bread section and the frozen food section here, just seems better than the other two that are as close to the house. My biggest complaint is that the parking lot is always full.
Inside employee stole my TV by giving out my information so they could pick it up after ordering online. Buyers beware of thieves. They almost didn't believe me that I never picked it until I made them pull the cameras. I got a TV but it wasn't the same quality that I ordered as the thief took the last one and I didn't realize it until I was home and it was unloaded and I went back to my order. It was the same brand and size just not as quality. The bright side is They will remember my name because they lost their job and I hope they went to jail. Manager said if it wasn't for me checking my email and coming to the store they never would have known.
This location says they are open til 11pm, but they don't let anyone in after 10:45pm. As someone, who is lucky to get off work, before 11pm, it would be nice, to be able to go in, grab the single item I needed and be out of the store before 11pm. Now, I cannot make it to any other store.
Slowest online pickup ever. They have one kid bringing all the orders out one at a time and he moves in slow motion. Two consecutive times they have made me sit out here to pick up a little delivery and canceled it after first making me wait nearly 30 minutes each time. I would give negative stars if I could.
There are never any carts at this location. I have been harassed by people waiting at the bus station while loading my groceries. I’ve been asked for money while inside. After checking out your own groceries, they make you stand in ANOTHER line and look over your receipt.
They never have anything stocked, u can never find an employee that knows anything. They always have to ask somebody else. Or if u ask them to call somebody that does know where what u want is, they act like it kills them to have to break away from talking to other employees to do something for a customer, and then if they "do" happen to call somebody, they never come! I waited on somebody n the n the sewing section tonight for 30 mins, and no one every came. It's ridiculous how they treat people at that store! The only nice people n there r the store greeter's! If I didn't have to, I'd never go bck to that store again!!!
At the Shackleford Walmart, I need them to cut down the bushes in the parking lot. They obstruct the view of the oncoming traffic.
Staff was friendly. Storeo was well stocked. Bathroom was clean. Pharmacy folks were very helpful. They had electric carts that actually worked. My hometown store never has carts and if they do they don't work well. I was so happy to have a good Walmart so close to the hospital.
