I have been to the S. 27th St. location many times twice a year for the past 5 or 6 years and staff are always respectful, courteous and quick.

Very poor experience..took forever to reach someone on the phone for appt. They told me 1 price for contact & lens exam, then it was $35 more!! Everyone was rude and inexperienced...go elsewhere.

Told Me I Can't Make A appointment Cause There Is No Doctor There!!! Then How Are You Open???

Receptionist refused to schedule an appointment while we were there in person. There was someone looking at the glasses but they were on the other side and were not asking for help. When she finally acknowledged us she said we could wait until they were done looking or call back in a few hours.

The previous reviews are all correct. I just called to schedule an appointment and the woman was so rude and unhappy. Don't waste your time doing businesss here, its not your customers' fault that you employees clearly hate your job.

Previous reviewers are correct about the rude customer service. I called to schedule an eye exam, and she clearly didn't want to be on the phone. She told me she had noon on Wednesday, and when I asked her if she had anything later in the day past 4:30 for any day, she very shortly said no, and ended the phone call

The other comments about the receptionists are correct, however the doctor was incredibly nice so it kind of balanced out.
