I’m very upset with how I was treated as a client. My time was disregarded TWICE. When I made my first appointment, Nelly, an employee, texted me last minute that she had booked another appointment at the time she booked my appointment. I was upset since I was already on my way to the office and I live far from the office. I understand that businesses double book all the time, so I decided to give her a second chance and book another appointment with her… such a BIG waste of time and money. When I go the office the second time, Nelly tells me that I can’t use the Groupon I bought for three laser tattoo treatments and then tries to upcharge me on the service I bought. It was really upsetting and I would not make that mistake again.
