I have been a long time loyal customer of Warren Clark Carpet, 40 years to be exact including family. Now that the company is run by Warren Jr, the customer service and quality has declined. He’s absolutely nothing like his father. I ordered and had my carpet installed about 4 years ago. I asked Warren Jr. the quality of the carpet. He told me it was a good quality. I trusted him because the carpet I previously purchased lasted about 13 years. His crew did a “blow and go” install. After about 2 years I noticed the carpet bulking and causes waves in my bedrooms. I also noticed that the padding was covered over the nails causes the corners to stick up in the closets. I advised Warren Jr. and he sent a lousy worker out that did a quick Micky Mouse job. A few months later I had the same problems. I finally realized that my apartment grade carpet that was already starting to wear our after only a few years needed to be power stretched. I contacted Warren Jr 3x’s over a 2 month period. He wouldn’t return any of my calls. Finally, after calling a 4th time I spoke to him on the phone. He lied and said, he tried to contact me. After setting up an appointment for the power stretch, he flakes out 2X’s and telling me the last minute after waiting all day. Warren Jr. was extremely unprofessional on the phone and doesn’t stand by his product. If he only would have been smart and up sold me to a better quality of carpet, I wouldn’t have had any problems and calling him to fix it. This company is the worst company to do business with. I would pay more money to not use a small business like Warren Clark carpets. So, disappointing since my entire family has using this company. My advise is to never support this company.

Have done business with them in the past. Recommended them to my daughter. What a mistake. Took 3 years for her to settle poor installation claim on wood floors. Even manufacturer inspected the work and said it was an installation problem. They finally settled when she said she was going to court.
