Fun, unique experience! Our waiter was kind and cheerful, checking on us routinely to make sure our experience was good. The food isn't the best, but it's innexpensive and the raw ingredients were prepared fresh. I recommend walking around the mall until the restaurant gets busy to make sure the food hasn't been sitting on the belt for too long. All around it was a refreshing atmosphere and a totally unique thing to find in America. I'll be coming back in the future.

The quality of food is disappointing. We were attracted by the novelty and wanted t give it a try. The sushi was average, both the noodle and fried rice bowls lacked flavor and the rice was mushed up. The salmon was made fresh but everything else was a let down. Staff is friendly, but service is slow. Had to wait a long time for a sushi, after ordering. We ordered from the menu and didn't want one from the belt. We had to remind the server about the sushi. We kept seeing the chef in front of us making sushis and putting them on the belt but after 15 minutes, I asked the server the server picked up one from the belt. I'd recommend the food court upstairs.

This is what you'd expect to find in a mall, a glorified Japanese fast food sit down experience that's unique to the surrounding options so, for those who give this place a tough shake, give it a rest.
Not a place for the sushi snobs, they'll give this a bad review all day long, this is a novelty space that is family friendly and it works.
You can make it whatever you want, there's enough variety to either spend a sushi boat load or skimp it out with some of there more conservative dishes on the belt.
Enjoy the delivery method, see it for what it is, a destination dining experience that's either ends up a "one and done" or "we'll be back for more!".

Ugh! Having been to Tokyo we were super excited to eat conveyor belt sushi. However I'm not sure what we actually ate. It was utterly awful. The fact that there was not a single Japanese person in the kitchen area should have been my first clue. The rice was absolutely vile. I've never had such terrible rice. It was a mushy mess. I'll never bother going again. Such a disappointment.

Each time we go to Natick mall this place is one of the highlights of the trip. The converbelts are a fun addition, there is fast service, friendly staff and delicious food, all for a pretty fair price.
