Wash Cycle Laundry

The last company I worked for used Wash Cycle so I figured I'd give them a shot.. Well- No response after emailing them, then using their online chat, then calling for information about their services. What terrible organizational skills. Will not be using their services.

Average at best. Clothes came back pretty faded and I consistently received items that were not mine. Good if you really need laundry service in a pinch but would not recommend beyond that.

We use Wash Cycle for commercial needs, they are always on time and courteous. They are fast to respond to any questions or concerns.

Avoid!! I just setup my second appointment and even confirmed the morning of but they never showed up. Not worth the frustration. Concept is great but they can't seem to get the details worked out.

The business I'm at recently started using Wash Cycle to launder napkins. They've been nothing but professional, prompt to respond, and great at both delivery and pickups. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you're in the restaurant business and want to cut your linen bills, use this company!!

They have great customer service! When I used them in South Philly Point Breeze area - they were amazing!
