Best laundry around. Always clean and can always get washers when I get there. Dryers are really good ,always drys my clothes. And with new pay card system, no hassle with cash. If your looking to do good laundry .This is the place.
Can't use quarters - you have to purchase a rechargable "laundry card" for $2. Minimum amount to add to the card at a time is $10. Machines are super expensive - the tiniest washer starts at $4.75 a load. This place used to be my go to but I'm definitely never coming back.
I did my laundry here before I had my burst appendix and had to have my good for nothing deadbeat son in law thomas start doing it for me, which was a massive hit to my ego all things considered. The day I no longer have to see that ungrateful snotty kid will be the best day of my life. This place brings back so many good memories-- memories that do not involve looking at that damn manchild every time I run out of clean underwear. Gee whillikers!
I have been using this laundromat for about 4 years now. I loved it until they created this new card system. The card and all the inovations are wonderful, but the place is already more expensive than the other laundromats around and now they even charge you for a dollar to get a laundry card and a dollar every time you recharge your card on top of the high prices. Today was the last day i came here. . Look around, there are cheaper places that has the same service... this place dont even have a restroom so i dont understand the high prices...Disappointed... You guys just charged me .95 cents to recharge my card saying it is a debit card fee. I also have another issue. 8 just used one of the dryer, put my clothes in, paying for it and the dryer just keep saying the door is open so i had to remove my clothes pt it in a different dryer and pay again No staff around to assist me or fix the issue or refund my money...
No cash or app payment available. I have older credit cards without touch to pay, thanks for being inconsiderate.
Machines are broken. Once you put quarters in you cant get it out.some dryers also broken and keep saying " the door is not closed".
The New Owners have just taken over 10 days ago. The Laundromat is clean and the machines are worn but clean. The Owner was very friendly and helpful. He said that they were working to install new machines with a card system. I am looking forward to the improvements. There is plenty of parking and it is in a plaza with food, a drugstore and a bank. It is also on a busline.
There are no employees here anymore. I put a couple of dollars in machines that didn't work, and one of the dryers I tried to use was covered in human hair like if you swept the floor of a barber shop and the only person in the place was a very twitchy guy who made me feel so uncomfortable that I went out and sat in my car
Great experience! The ladies who helped us were kind, totally played along with our price is right bet-making on our laundry basket's weight, and did a great job with our clothes. I've lived in Portland for two years and this is hands down the best laundromat and wash dry fold service. It's clean and quiet inside, very spacious, and there is plenty of free parking right in front of the entrance!
Not impressed with the woman who works there! States on the door that masks are required to enter. She says she was vacinated and doesn't need a mask????? Wait! What? Totally ridiculous! Post rules and the employee doesn't follow them! She can still carry the virus! Which means customers are not safe!
