Clean-O-Rama Laundromat

Do not come here. Half of the machines have had a Do not use label on them for a year, underneath says "will be repaired soon". The prices on the machines don't match the Payrange app so if you don't have cash to put in extra quarters, you've just paid up to $6.25 and if you don't have that last quarter you're screwed. There's no one physically here if the machine takes your money and doesn't work, you've just lost your money and have to take your clothes back out. Some machines will pretend like the door isn't closed, you've already paid, put your clothes in and the detergent and it will pretend the doors not closed, even though it's latched, and just won't start. There's also no sink at all, got detergent on your hand?, too bad. There's also no customer bathroom. This is not a business and needs serious maintenance.

Most of the dryers are good This place is circling the drain. Aside from all their big washers broken, the place is run down, cold, and has sketchy people everywhere.

Good washing machines. But I lost money only a $1.50 but still annoying & 25-minutes on two different dryers 41 upper, 42 lower: no heat. A bunch more of the dryers are marked Don't Use. :/ Pro tip: try one quarter to make sure the dryer works before putting in more $$.

Where do I start? Never seen a place operate/stay open on this level of gross. Even my inner city Detroit laundromat experience was better than this… short list: place stinks like cat pee and has literal dog poop on the floor by the change machine. Over 30% of the washers are broken, the remaining ones are filthy I mean FILTHY and on their last legs. And get this: there are no carts to transport between washer-dryer-folding table. Nope, there’s these bins you drag around on floor level that trap all the stuff from previous users. Final nail in coffin: the vending machine has the dumbest selection of soaps AND kept my money. Run.

Nice and quiet place to do laundry. Very decent prices, and all the machines that I used work clean and worked well. I think that's going to be my new favorite spot to do laundry. Only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because there is a step going into it. Which if you're in a wheelchair makes it VERY difficult.

I provide the cleaning service for both mats. When I clean the machines they look like the photo I've posted. Most of the regulars clean up after themselves. But every now and then there are those who don't care how their lack of consideration affects the establishment as well as other customers. A lot of people complain about the dirtiness, but forget why it's messy at times. It's a self-run mat, we do what we can but can't be there 100% of open hours. We sincerely appreciate the customers who tidy after themselves. Each time I work the customers have been friendly towards me and even the neighborhood residents showed gratitude when I was cleaning up the outside. It's a great neighborhood and the owner does what he can to get machines fixed. The owner has just gotten me involved and hopefully we can get things running smoother and keep it that way.

My washer broke & I was scrambling to do laundry. Clean-O-Rama in NW delivered! I highly suggest you download the app for payment: less fuss and it gives you updates on how long is left in the wash/dryer cycle. It was clean, I had a place to park my car and wifi allowed me to get some work done while waiting.

First time ever using a laundromat to clean a big comforter of mine. Super convenient and easy to pay on your phone!

Dirtiest laundromat ever. Smells like mildew and must when u walk it and the seals on the door have all sorts of black mold and brown juice that leaks into your laundry while washing! It is beyond disturbing and I would not recommend.

Look at the photos I posted from 8am today, Nov 17, 2023. Absolutely filthy. No restroom. Overflowing garbage, homeless bags, trash and food strewn all over. No staff on hand. Rows of broken “do not use” machines. At 8am there were peoples loads left in the wash from who knows when. I’d post negative stars if I could. DISGUSTING
