What a horrible experience we got when renewing the passport for my family. When we exited the building my daughter, 10 years old, asked why some of the ladies in there gave us that horrible look. I had to lie to her. I just do not want to nurture in her the same sad sentiment.

There is no way to schedule an interview past the initial interview process unless a caseworker Answers the phone and mine never ever answers the phone. They won't see you if an interview i scheduled but no one knows when interviews are scheduled. If they call you and you miss it you can call all day the same day and no one will be avaialbe. People arw dealing with serious life crisis here and the system needs to improve. The front staff is nice until you ask too many questions about scheduling or when you can see someone.
