You skipped my recycle 3 weeks. Last week you skipped my trash. This is ongoing for years. I have to call in for service. You do not credit me for your mistakes either. My neighbors have good service so I am really thinking that my be a better option.

I appreciate the email reminders on holidays that impact our schedule. Some of my neighbors use a different service and they complain about the trash or recycles sometimes not getting picked up. I have never had this issue with WM. My trash containers are always put back nicely and I appreciate the consisent quality service!

Even during the pandemic the service is dependable. Every week I leave the trash on the sidewalk and you pick it up. Thank you!

This is a scam they charge for a month of service but pick up when they feel like it. Scam

I tried to rent a dumpster but I couldn’t get in contact with anybody. At one point I was directed to a different number with the same result. They truly have the worst customer service!!! Yes, I could had used their website, but it’s not the same as talking to a real person. Five negative stars!!!

A couple of occasions I went a month between recycle pickup. When you cancel your service they charge you 3 months of service to come get the bins. I'll go with another service next time.
