Garbage pick up is fine, but recycling is a nightmare.
Our drivers are courteous, pickup on time and I appreciate them taking additional can during leaf season. The email notification on delays and holidays are especially appreciated.
Service has been great. Always reliable and friendly!
They never pick up our recycling. I call every other week, and they keep saying they stopped by but our can wasn’t out - they’re lying because IT ALWAYS IS. They never even stopped by - I know because I work from home! Incredibly frustrating for a service we are paying for.
Your employees work hard in all conditions, doing a task that most would cower from. They have my appreciation.
We hire WM a Month ago we paid the first 80 something dollars, they charged the money but we haven seen the trash container I called so many times and still no one answered, I have to say this service sucks and I will not use their services and I will get my money back.
