Our driver goes beyond his duties to see that our receptacle is back in place and all trash is always picked up if any spills. He always speaks and is considerate.

Went out of town and did not know i had a late charge. Came back and found my bin had been taken away. A whole week later i finally receive my bill and final notice. Sometimes they dent pick up my trash because I may have forgot to pay but I aways pay so I don't understand why not pick it up.

There pick up is never the same all ways different times 6:00 am or 4:00 pm

You cannot get anyone on the phone. They will drive their trucks all over your property. So disrespectfulNegativeProfessionalism

Automated telephone system will not connect calls to the transfer station.
