Waste Management - Meridian, MS

I called Friday morning regarding trash can being thrown on other side of property into wooded area. I am concerned about rattlesnakes, snakes period. The CSR stated that a supervisor would contact me. Well, after an entire day of no calls, I called back. The 2nd CSR asked for an order number. I didn't receive an order number. At that point, I'm told 24 to 48 hours for a call from a supervisor. Well, 48 hours is Sunday. That meant Tuesday and it was unacceptable. We're talking about a trash can!!! No call Monday or Tuesday. Called Wednesday morning and 3rd CSR (male) informed me, "If supervisor wants to call, he'll call. They really don't have to call. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS???? Out of my 36 years of customer service, I would have NEVER EVER responded in that manner. I knew that WASTE MANAGEMENT would wait until the next trash day to get the trash can. From last Thursday and until tomorrow, I have to place my trash in my neighbor's trash can because he, too, was afraid to get my trash can. He pulled the trash can back but was spooked and he and I ran away from the can leaving it there. The supervisor stated that they would clear the matter within 24 hours. That means their assigned pick up day. Back in the late 90's at my former address, I would have to walk done the street because I witnessed them throwing trash and it landed where it landed...in the street, down the street! WASTE MANAGEMENT sucks!
