Waste Management - Wichita Dumpster Rental

They raise the rates every 3 month cycle and when you cancel, you have to pay 130 bucks for them to get their own bin, or you have to take it to them. Not sure how a 96 gallon bin is to fit in my car's backseat. Oh and surprise! That isn't told to you up front.

They charge $85 plus a fee if you don't return your carts to their place and once there they don't make it easy. I'd give negative stars if I could.

They raise their rates every billing cycle. If you call to cancel they will match competitors price. Then the whole cycle of rate increases continues.

No pickup because of "weather" that wasn't that bad... The week of X-mas when people have the most trash... VERY UNPROFESIONAL....!!!

Waste management is the worst trash service. Do not use them. I canceled my service and they charged me 90 bucks to pick my on container.
