The owner was very personable. Complemented me, because he thought I was like 30 years old and I'm actually 50.

I didn't buy anything there but I had them resize a watch band for me. The guy who helped me was very pleasant. He was very quick at working with my watch band, he knew what he was doing. I can feel good about recommending this business for any watch or jewelry modifications. I didn't get much time to look around and check prices though.

Michael is not only a very competent watchmaker and his prices fair, but he is a nice person. He did a great job repairing my Oris and he will definitely not be happy to hear me saying this to other people because then everyone will expect this but besides repairing it he regulated it to +/- 1 second per day.
