I do not recommend. It’s stressful enough nowadays that the last thing you want to do is have to come home and deal with an apt complex that lacks integrity and respect. Take your apt as is. There are no amenities no perks. Property manager allows maintenance employees to mark your requests as completed without ever entering your apartment. Leasing office barley answers the phone and gives false info. You will have to wait and put in repeated tickets to get anything done. I wish I would’ve just paid a little extra to have a leasing office that actually do the job..which is to provide EXCELLENT customer service, solutions, care, and value the residents! You know like the job description implies. You do not want to be stressed out by people that don’t even live here but yet you work hard to pay increasing rent. Trust the reviews!!!! Don’t trust the generic responses either. I’ve been calling for 3 hours. You won’t get a chance to speak to anyone unless you go in the office. I should’ve have to go into the office to be told to put in maintenance requestS I already submitted!
Absolutely terrible. Would give 0 stars if I could. Maintenance does not fix anything. I have a broken washing machine and microwave that I’ve constantly asked to be fixed. It’s been months and nothings gotten fixed. The leasing office is not helpful and it’s clear no one here cares about their job. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. I’d rather pay an extra $500 a month for a more efficient apartment. Very outdated appliances and super thin walls. A lot of the equipment in the gym is broke and the pool is very filthy.
I’ve been living at this apartment complex since 2019 and I’ve watched it go downhill. The property representatives and property manager is just pointless too try to resolve any issues with, you will never reach a resolution. The water bugs are horrible, your apartment could be spotless clean and there’s still bugs. Its almost every day Im killing water bugs, like 5 a day! I’ve called the police over 15 times in regards to noise after hours on my neighbors and I have provided case numbers to the leasing office still nothings has been done. I hate I renewed my lease at this place and they have the nerves to raised the rent by $200 at this place. Please do not move here! Just pay a little more so where else for a better environment and leasing staff that cares. The staff do not care at all, they’re rude, nonchalant, and unprofessional! They never answer the phones! Im so frustrated with this place.
Requested a simple tub faucet knob on 8/23. As of 9/26, no repair. I'm using pliers to turn my water on and off. Yes, $1340 a month. Also, sadly, I couldn't bring my daughter to the pool this season. Parties, loud music, glass bottles. I watched management witness this and never did a thing. Pay an extra 100.00 a month at another apartment complex. It would be worth it.
You get what you pay for here price is only reason for 2 stars. If you want anything to be fixed in a timely manner don't plan on getting it done here. I spent three weeks waiting for them to fix my busted pipe in kitchen. Filled out service request, called no one answers, called emergency number disconnected and went to office 3 times. They told me a busted pipe was not considered emergency based They finally got someone there are 17 days. I did get someone to come and fix it for me before they made their way because I got tired of doing my dishes in the tub. I asked to speak to manager on several occasions, but they either said he did not get my messages or he was too busy to speak to me. I finally got to speak to assistant manager and she assured me he would call me that day after hours and two days later still have not heard from him. Management does not care or at least that is the impression they give to people who rent from them.
Don’t live here! Since I move there… I complain for so many things, and maintain don’t go, they charge us for a pesticide campaign, they supposed to fumigate the apartment and they didn’t show up, leasing office people are rude when you already live in, a lot of cockroaches everywhere. I tried to understand, that maybe they have a lot of things to do, but every time that I go to the leasing office, there’s no response about my concern. I really like the area, but… lease there… it’s not the better choice.
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Management is even worse lately. Definitely SCAMMERS: I renew my lease July of last year because I was promise to get all my kitchen appliances updated. It has been 6 MONTHS and it still hasn't happened! I called the office and they're not helpful at all. High turnover, they seem to never really know what's going on. IF YOU ARE A CURRENT RESIDENT, DON'T RENEW because of the "appliances update" you're NOT going to get them! Maintenance patches things up, but doesn't really solve issues long term.
Special thanks to LLoyd Johnson from the maintenance team how came as soon as possible to check up if the fausset still dripping off after it has been fixed by his colleagues and once he knew that the fausset still dripping he came early morning to replacement the faucets mixer with a new one. He did the best customer service as a maintenance manager .I really appreciate that and I hope all the employees in Waterford Square do the same .Again thank you so much to respect your commitment and for all what you did to give the best customer service ever.
This is the worst place on earth. Moved in and the apartment was a mess and they didn’t do anything to remedy the situation until long over a month after I moved in. Multiple issues with the apartment which again weren’t taken care of until after a month. Unable to get through on the phone and when going into the office they keep ensuring that they are handling the situations, multiple trips and back and forths and no resolutions. I am now been waiting on over a month to get rid of bugs in my apartment and they keep deferring and ensuring that it is being handled, again it has been over a month. Looking for new residency due to the blatant lack of care for tenants. Reiterating on this. Nothing but problems since moving in, I am leaving now because of how horrible this place is. STAY AWAY at all costs, no matter how affordable the apartments are it is not worth it! Pay the extra money for a community that will actually treat you with respect.
Ended up having to leave after about 8 months due to a ton of issues and fortunately they didn't put up much of a fight. Roaches were a small problem, fruit flys were a literal infestation, and overall quality made the experience rough. The seal on the patio door was weak, so when the pressure washers came in for a regular cleaning, they blasted pressurized water into our apartment. In 8 months my car was broken into 3 times. Maintenance team was solid, but the fruit flies were maddening. Multiple neighbors mentioned the same.
