Teyshawn, Kayla and Ambre are my favorite employees. They’re friendly, work so hard and still remembers things I usually ask for. Management material. Love all the coffees, coffee creamers, teas, smoothies, subs, salads, soups, and sooo much more.
Went there tonight 9/25/22 at 10 pm, walked up to the kiosk to order drinks, I spoke and none of the guys behind the counter even opened their mouth and spoke back. Ordered my drink, an iced coffee, and it was DISGUSTING! So bad customer service and the drink was horrible! They got 2 stars because the cashier was so nice.
You're very convenient location this is a very nice Wawa. Good place to stop and get gas they have free air really good food and drinks made fresh to order. Conveniently located next to the grocery stores a few other restaurant he's at a notice from from the road. Staff is very friendly been here many times keep up the good work for thumbs-up 5 stars
When you have gas pumps with very loud advertisements, give me an option at least to turn them off. It is insulting to be screamed at with your patronizing ads the entire time I’m PAYING you for fuel. I’m not coming back until this issue is resolved.
The newly installed self service kiosk has great difficulty scanning a rewards bar code. To make it work, you have to hold it at a very particular angle for several seconds. This is not normal at all when compared to all of the other self service kiosks in the other stores in the region, which I have used dozens of times. As an IT professional, I can also assure you that something is not right about this machine, even if it was just recently installed. Note to management: Your customers are not idiots. When we tell you something is wrong, perhaps you should pay attention. I, for one, certainly don't need a snarky, condescending attitude from any of you, especially managers. Try again.
Tonight was probably my worst Wawa experience to date. Always counted on Wawa at any location to provide a decent, tasty experience no matter what time of night. I have to say tonight was just disgusting. I don't know what was going on. There was no one in line. There was only one car in the parking lot outside. I ordered a chicken Philly cheesesteak.....nothing fancy. When I got home I only live 5 minutes away I couldn't even eat the sandwich. It was complete mush. It was toasted, but still extremely soggy.. I've been going to this particular Wawa for years. I will never return. Extremely disappointing!
Old store. No salads to order. Shortie literally had a teaspoon of chicken salad in it. Shame...used to be a spot I looked forward to...no more...
Pretty much like any other Wawa in the area. YMMV. Wawa isn’t a convenience store, it’s a way of life.
Clean, well stocked, fast friendly...everything you would expect from a wawa!
Hair in my food!! I’ve been going to wawa for some years now and have never seen them do this, but I thought people should know especially during a pandemic.
