I'm not going to blame poor customer service and bad attitudes on being short staffed.. This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. The staff is not friendly or attentive. I stood at the pharmacy window for 10 minutes never greeted, nothing said while the technician complained to a coworker about a guy that was in the drive thru. They were some harsh statements, then she turns, never acknowledging me and says, I'm going to check in some of this stuff...I don't know what stuff... But she could care less... I will never go back again
Absolutely terrible experience every single time at this pharmacy. Employees that are clearly being overworked. Looks like they probably need 1-2 extra employees in the pharmacy. Shame on Walgreens for letting this happen, they cannot even keep set appointments. Standing there for over 30 minutes because there are literally not enough employees when it’s just me and another gentleman physically there.
This pharmacy sucks!!! Nobody cares, there is no customer service. Waited four 4 hours while being told my prescription is being worked on; now I’m told its not in stock needs to be ordered and won’t be ready till tomorrow afternoon!!! They don’t even call around to other pharmacies to find it for you, no that you must do yourself. I’ve been home with an eye infection patiently waiting for my antibiotic that this pharmacy could actually care less about. Pharmacist wouldn’t even guarantee it would be there tomorrow; basically whenever they get it in. Why didn’t they order more when the last product was being dispensed??? This is just poor management and employees that really don’t care. I’m so disappointed and disgusted……
Horrible horrible customer service. The pharmacist is extremely Streamley rude. I don’t think she knows how to count. Here’s the sanerio…I have a 30 day prescription. Had it filled on July 13. My doctor called in the next month prescription…. Asked to pick it up on Aug 9th. She told me absolutely not you just picked this up on the 13th of July so you cannot pick this prescription up until at least August 13. If she did the math correctly there are 31 days in July. So from the 13th of July my 30 day prescription would be gone on the 11th of aug. She acted like I was an abuser. Been on the same medication for four years have never had an issue. She made me have my doctor call for me to pick it up on the ninth. She talked so down to me.
Terrible pharmacy. Takes forever to get anything filled, they are not open on weekends and forget trying to call and ask a question. On more that one occasion they have had to close the pharmacy because they are short staffed and have what appears to be only one pharmacist. Been left hanging too many times, moving my business elsewhere.
Walgreens' pharmacist provided exceptional customer service.; exceeding my expectations. Information shared regarding Co-Pay Card for ELIQUIS resulted in a deep discount of about 95% of the original price . Professional, courteous , knowledgeable , attentive, and caring only begins to describe a few of the pharmacist's attributes. Definitely recommending this particular pharmacist to family's and friends. So grateful thank very much! Walgreens got it right!
What is wrong with this store?! We need people to go back to work! This place used to be decent but I guess they are understaffed now like everyone else. I've called and waited for the pharmacy on hold over 30 minutes only to be hung up on without anyone speaking to me! Is this an accident? I don't think so because I was hung up on multiple times last week when I called. You need to get your phone system fixed and train your employees how to use it. This is completely unacceptable Walgreens!
Always have a problem with my prescriptions. I'll be on hold from anywhere between 5-25 minutes, sometimes more and when I get through they hang up on me. I'm shocked when someone actually picks up at the pharmacy. They are extremely rude and incompetent to say the least. Regina specifically has terrible phone manners.
Unprofessional employees and terrible customer service. Had previously booked two appointments online for my two young boys to get their flu shot, 3:30pm and 3:40pm. Arrived ten minutes early and checked in. At 4pm, I asked the pharmacy tech if we would be seen soon as only one other person besides my family was waiting at the pharmacy. I counted 4 employees working. I get it, it's the holidays and with Covid shots it can be very busy. 4:30pm, I went back up to the counter and asked if we would be seen soon. Now we were the only ones in the pharmacy area. The other lady received her bag and she carried on with her day. The second time I asked, I was told with a strong attitude that they are busy.....mind you we were the only family in the pharmacy area. I decided to wait, maybe they were busy with something that I wasn't seeing. 4:45pm I approach the counter for the 3rd time. Now two other people are in line. When I get to the counter after waiting, the tech responds before I even say anything, were still busy. I didn't say anything, my family and I just left. Shame on me for not taking the boys to get their shot on base. I figured this Walgreens would be convenient as it's only around the corner from my house. Never again.....
The doctors office Electronically sent the prescription over To the pharmacy at 2:40pm on Feb 24th. My son just hard surgery. We went to go pick up the PrescriptionAt 5:30 that day still was not ready and Lauren who's works in pharmacist stated that will be readyBy 6:30 but they close at 7pm. We wait until the next day and I came in on Feb 25th at 10:30am to get his prescription. It is still not ready. The young lady stated will it be ok to fill it now. I stated it will have to won't it.Due to customers really don't have any say so. As I am waiting now. I hear that this has happen with three other customers Just today. These people just don't care. They just want your money. And I am still waiting Very unhappy customer
