Kroger Pharmacy

I have used this pharmacy for over 20 years. They have always been helpful and professional. The only time I felt tension was during the height of COVID when they were short-staffed, understandably a difficult time.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Rude, lazy, apathetic, dismissive, and curt employess that couldn't careless if a prescription that's needed for heart issues isn't ready. Twice they have dropped the ball by not having my meds ready after having the order sent from the doctor's office. It was implied that it is my problem, that I needed to contact the doctor's office, and on top of all that, in a sarcastic way, the rude blonde hair tech told me, 'have a niiiiice daaaaaaaaaaaay'. Not only that, they are not too knowledgeable about medications in general.

Worst attitudes from everyone in the pharmacy. They could care less about your medicine needs. Too busy gossiping with each other and ignoring people in line. And over the phone is even worse. I won't be using this pharmacy again in the future.

Truly terrible! They are extremely rude and got noticeably upset when I asked questions regarding insurance. I will NOT be using this place again.

I love coming here to get my shopping done. Also to pick up my prescriptions. Everyone is so friendly from the sale associates, to the Managers, to the whole team just so friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff are fast and dependable. Always have your prescriptions ready and not a long wait as well. There is always sales going on and so many different products and advertisement of new foods to sample also beers and wines. Which I love.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. You get automated phone calls letting you know your prescription is ready just to get to the store and the prescription is not filled. Poor customer service. Rude employees unwilling to help and give attitude at the drop of a hat.

I love coming to this location because Michael is the best..he always handles any issues that I have and explains to me what is going on.. Michael is very pleasant and knowledgeable

Prescriptions.

Just left this place. The most rude pharmacist that I have ever witnessed. I needed insulin and my lantus pen broke. They refused to replace it and also refused to fill a new one.
