Never has any time for there customer there are many people here only one person who works the counter in my business you help the customers that are here and waiting and do the orders later if need have a team here over night to fill orders so that you can take care of your customers during the day time if I had any other options to go here I would but sadly my insurance is only accepted here and ever time I call my doctor it cost 50 dollars. Waited in car line for 20 mins because instead of them telling the customer there prescription is not ready you will need to come back they waited to for that car to fill it which made a line in drive though window. They could have told the person circle the building get back in line and by the time they are back in line it will be ready. So I go inside and I see the problem there is only one person working the desk and anther 3-4 working on filling orders…
Awful pharmacy!!! This is the worst pharmacy I’ve been to, hands down. Unfortunately, Walgreens is my insurance’s preferred pharmacy, but I’m switching to Rite Aid and I’ll pay more bc Walgreens is sooo bad! Every single month, they code my son’s prescription wrong and my insurance denies it, so they don’t fill it. I’ve asked them to make a note in his file or whatever about how to code it properly, but they always say, oh, just call us and let us know before you come, so we can fix it and you don’t have to wait while we fill it. But guess what - they NEVER answer the phone! So every single month I have to go there and tell them to look at however it was coded last month and do it the same way Why is this even a problem I have to deal with?! and spend more time waiting for them to fill it. Every single time I fill any Rx there I have an issue. It’s ridiculous.
Really should be Zero stars. They have pharmacy staff that don't know what their policies or procedures are so they make mistakes which causes delay after delay and to top it all off they dont communicate with you to let you know whats going on with your situation. I went a whole week without any contact and without my meds. Had to call them myself and they still hadn"t resolved the issue. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!
Had to walk out today, punctuality and organization is non-existen here. Had an appointment for a basic shot, checked in, and was skipped over and over by walk-ins for an hour with no progress. They have the staff now, just aren't paying attention. Don't go here.
I've been using this pharmacy for 9 years now, and it has just gone down hill. Every time I try to get my son's prescription filled, there is always a problem that takes forever to resolve. This last time, I ordered the prescription with 7 pills left. Here we are 8 days later, out of pills, and still saying "delayed" even though I've called 3 times about it this past week. I will be changing pharmacies.
This is by far the worst Walgreens I've ever visited. Stay away from this place at all costs! Their customer service is nonexistent. The pharmacy is a extremely slow, and understaffed. They need basic training on etiquette. This place needs a complete overhaul. I would give zero stars if it were possible.
Drive up is insanely slow, 15 mins and still 4 cars ahead that have not moved. I can never get a quick pick up, inside the store or drive up. Hold times to call in are always over 20 minutes. I would not use if insurance did not dismiss contract with Walmart. 0/5 stars should be an option.
Got my covid booster here & was in and out within an hour! Staff was working as quickly as they could with the overflow of patients and limited resources/staff. The pharmacist who administered my booster was super nice & the girls that checked me in!
Absolutely awful. I would give them zero stars if I could. By far, this is the worst Walgreens location I have been to. It shouldn't take 30+ minutes in the drive thru just to pick up a prescription. Don't waste your time here, go somewhere else.
You are lying Karen Shawna Fitzgerald, I have been picking up my father’s medications there for years and ALL the ladies, Including Erica have always been nothing but kind and patient with me and my father. Erica is very helpful and knowledgeable about the medications and especially the insurance. She has helped us many times throughout this past year and I have never seen her treat any customer any other way every time I go there. I would give them ten stars if I could!
