I enjoy stopping in Sally's because they carry quality hair products for men and the staff is very down to earth. The selection is a bit on the limited side, but for a small local shop they make it a worthwhile trip. They're respectful of Covid guidelines and staff is quite helpful with questions.

First time ever being denied service at a Sally’s. I approached the counter with a question and was interrupted by a woman sitting on the floor behind the counter who only spoke to the other associate and not to me and only made assumptions about me. This left a bad taste and I left without buying anything. This location was most convenient for me and I’m going to lose my elite status but I will not be back : Goodbye, Sally’s.

They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and explain how to use several products, and polite.

I usually enjoy coming to this Sally's because I can expect help & products I can trust. However, yesterday, this was very much not the case! I went to look at some hair dye & moisturizing products as I had just gotten my hair bleached & I wanted to look into some products I might use, whether that be immediately conditioner and/or moisturizing hair masks or in a few weeks the dye. The cashier not only made assumptions and comments about my hair being bleached at home it wasn't, and my stylist had done a very good job, but she also made comments about the specific color I wanted & didn't offer an answer to the question I had asked "do you have anything that's bright red?", instead choosing to assume that I was dyeing it that very same day I wasn't and didn't care about the quality of the color I did, and I do. I didn't buy anything yesterday. I'd much rather find help online and at Ulta next time, and I think I'll be buying the rest of my hair products from different retailers online, as well.

Love visiting this particular Sally Beauty! The staff members are always friendly & willing to answer questions. Clean & organized. You cannot beat the quality of products with VALUE!

This Sally's Beauty was recently remodeled and it is the brightest and prettiest of all the Sally's in the Hampton Roads area.The aisle are easy to maneuver and products are easy to find. Great customer service and shelves were well stocked with the items that I needed.I had to drive cross town because the Sally's by my home is always out of stock.

I've gone into this store Sunday Nov 18th approximate 430p. Before 6p because had to go Wal-Mart near... well my mother daughter and I walked in; NOTHING. While my daughter and I was browsing the nail section my mother went in for hair color bc of a coupon she receives. It was 2 ladies working a bigger girl and a girl whom I presume worked their bc she was sitting down not to be seen. And they were talking hair products. At one point I looked over and my mother was at least 12ft away from the ladies. My daughter and I moved towards my mom looked at mirrors.. and my mom picked up hair dye which she came in for.. My daughter and I soon walked towards my mom and the two ladies were still talking, at this point we've been in the store about 4min. By NOW bc of customer service in such a small store I'd thought no-one said "Hello" "Do you need help?" NOTHING.. while my daughter and I looked at the hair extensions, I asked my mother did any of the ladies speak or acknowledge her....bc she was close to them and she said "No". Normally I'd let it pass and think oh well.... But for such a small shop and No one else in-store customer I'd think someone esp the bigger lady whom was STANDING and could clearly see customers in store. I told my mother let's go to Wal-Mart... I'd expect service like this in Wal-Mart. And she thought and said "You're right". She normally comes to this store bc the SALLY on VA Bch Blvd isn't the best.. But after the full experience in this store today. And personally it's not my first from this store.. We left Summary, if you want a" five finger" discount come here near closing look for the bigger girl bc you'd get what you like. It's not like any one physically will notice you ..

My favorite Sallys in virginia beach!! Probably the best one I have ever been too sorry norfolk .. Monica the lady who works there is awesome.. She always remembers me and really helps me with my questions and points to me to great products. This place is like my second home... I really enjoying going to this one. Great location too My go to Sallys for sure.

Clean, organized shop and Jess and Grace always check in with me to make sure I'm doing OK and finding what I need. This is the ONLY location where I get decent service and the people who work here actually know about the products and hair in general. Love it!:
