Elite Nail Supply

This is my favorite nail supply store to go to. They are always helpful and give great advice on products. The store is always very well organized and clean. If they don’t have the product in that you need they have no problem keeping in contact with you until it comes in. They have good selections on products as well.

I went here looking for nail supplies for my daughter who wants to take over the hobby of nails. It was me a teenager and three kids ranging from 8 to 12. When I walked in the man came around the corner and instantly cut us off and said no kids can’t be in here and as I stated I’m not spending the money my daughter is. He ain’t say well you and her can come in it was no you can’t shop here and we only sale to nail techs. Now mine you I called twice and this was never mention. So I caught a lady coming out who had her daughter with her and asked her was either one of them a nail tech and guess what she said no. Her daughter also wants to do nails. He was definitely rude and could have said it a lot better but I think what bother me more is you lied and my child really wanted some supplies from this store. I will never return. It’s just the fact you tell me I have to be a nail tech the customer you service wasn’t a nail tech. Learn how to talk even if he would have said well you and her could come but it was straight y’all can’t be in here. Date 4/18 around 250pm.

Upon coming into the establishment, I was meet with two men who had terrible attitudes. I said hello, and one man waved… while the other man of Asian descent made eye contact and turned his head. It immediately threw off my entire mood. An Asian woman walked in and they proceeded to jump at the opportunity to help her. I asked for help and was ignored… I decided in that moment not to spend any money there. I would not recommend shopping here at all.

I admit his store is very impressive all brands, all products, everything you might need to further your nail career. The owner was very helpful with all my needs & questions. Very fast with answering can multi task. But one thing I didn't like were the prices on my items. I felt as if he was pricing things up to make a very high profit on them. To save you time & money I recommend looking up things on amazon first, this $300 nail drill he's selling is only $54.99 on amazon. they even sell bulk acrylic for cheaper. Ladies & gents do your research before buying it'll save yu a hell of a lot more than you'll be spending. Take my advice

John was absolutely wonderful in supplying us with 14 UV sterilization units for my husband’s medical practice to sterilizer their medical masks that are in short supply and have to be reused. He was efficient, courteous, and helped us get the equipment we needed at a wonderful price. They were closed but he opened for us. Also-a huge thank you to Elite European Spa in Norfolk for hooking us with John and Elite Nail Supply!

All I can say is AWESOME!!! From the moment I walked in John was helpful, present, and insightful to my needs! He didn't seem bothered by my questions, nor did he rush me to make a sale. I have found my inventory store! Which is a big deal for me, being that I travel an hour and twenty minutes to get here! Thanks John!

I love coming here. I used to have to order all of my products online because I only use specific brand products. I only use the best and I almost always find what I need in here. If I can't find a specific product they order it!! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Elite Nail Supply!

I am very disappointed in the service that I recieved today. This was my 2nd time frequenting this establishment. The associate that serviced me was rude and irate. I had a question about a price discrepancy and the associate was so rude and belligerent. He repeatedly told me I "needed to learn to read" The first time I went the associate was helpful and provided lots of recommendations. I will not be returning.

I drive all the way from Hampton to come here. They have the best inventory and anything you don't see, they will order. They know their product and the customer service is unsurpassed. I have brought friends here and will definitely bring more.
