When I walked in and met Felix I immediately felt comfortable, We discussed my vehicle and he ran the details and informed of my max price on the spot. We then discussed how the process works. I agreed to bring in my car for them to look at. After a short period of time Felix returned after inspecting the car and informed me of the actual final number which I was happy with. We sold our car about a week ago and I cannot recommend this location enough. Jakarta was kind, professional, and helpful. We basically got the price we were quoted online, I believe it was a few hundred higher.

The worst and sketchiest experience I have ever been in! Me and my father went to sell out Hyundai Elantra Van and The worker named Jakarta Bell was being very shady from the start he offered us $1,200.00 he made us wait 2 hours after telling us the estimate and was cursing at us when we asked to be assisted after waiting for 2 hours. So We then proceeded to leave and he pulled us to the side saying he will offer us 150$ to sell to him privately outside of his work place so that his employer does not find out! Extremely unprofessional and very rude. When we denied his offer to sell to him privately outside his work he cursed us out as we were leaving! I do not recommend anyone to go here. They offer you low unethical prices for your vehicle. We were glad to go to Carmax and sell it for $1,200.00!

It was pretty easy and painless. My husband set up the appointment. We drove over. Although Felix was running behind, he apologized and we waited our turn. In the meantime, we spoke with the new guy 1st day on the job; wishing you all the best kid. Anywhoo, back to the review. Once our turn, gave the keys to Felix he did what he needed to do by evaluating the car, checked my documents, and discussed any concerns they/we had, agreed on price mind you I wasn't in the mood for haggling or requesting a higher price. It's all good and I was satisfied. Like I said at the top, it was quick and painless. Received check right on the spot. Even with our waiting, we were in and out in less than an hour.
