Absolute worst customer service and professionalism I have had to deal with. When their delivery men delivered our couch, they set it up to where I couldn't even step off of my stairs because they laid it out wrong in our living room. Since I (wife) was there by myself, I asked if they could fix it to where I could walk out of my stair way. They told me they were too busy that day and needed to go. I didn't take action at the time ( I should have), I felt bad that they were so busy so I decided to wait for my husband to help.
Most importantly: Their furniture is poorly manufactured and unable to withstand 2 people who together weigh less than 250lb. My husband and I paid for a large leather sectional in full. We take very good care of our furniture, we also have no children. The couch began to fall a part. When we attempted to turn in the broken pieces of the furniture, they refused to assist us. We would have settled for a replacement couch less than half of the price of the original couch due to how poorly manufactured their couch was. They would not help in any way, often insulted us both. I will never do business with them and encourage others to look elsewhere for good furniture with a business that stands by their warranty.

Originally bought a sectional that was delivered and was damaged. Was told they would redeliver different pieces that were not ripped. I never received a phone call on when to expect the new pieces. I called and was then told they didn’t have the sectional in stock anymore and had to go pick something else out. I went back in and bought a different couch and a loveseat from weekends only along withthe warranty that is through safeware. The leather on both the couch and loveseat have started peeling in 10 different locations. When I contacted safeware and sent them pictures they said it was normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear does not happen in a year and a half. Now I’m taking the matter up with weekends only office and have been given the run around. They keep telling me they are waiting on a answer. This has been going on for 3 months and still no answer. This has been the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. I would not recommend shopping at weekends only to anyone.

Worst customer service ever! we bought a dinning set, 2 months later the table and 1 chair fall apart. I filed the claim with safeware and it took them a month to send someone. The person they send said there was no possible repair and he needed to request the parts. After waiting another month and a half I called today just to be told it will take 60 weeks to get the repair done! are you joking??? Now they play ping-pong with the responsability and my only option is waiting to get my repair while my kids eat in the couch. @#$%^&*()!!!

I wanted to share with you how extremely unhappy I am with your choice of warranty company and the lack of response from Weekends Only customer service. One 12/21 I called in a service request to Safeware for my broken recliner couch and recliner chair. They were quick to send someone out to inspect the broken furniture (12/29/2017). It has been almost 2 months and still no resolution. I have called on several occasions and keep getting the run around. I was told in January that they were waiting to hear back from WEO. I called a couple of weeks later and was told the same thing and was then transferred to an adjuster to leave a message. I never heard back from anyone. I called again a week later and was told the adjuster made a second request to WEO. I called back again a week later and was told still waiting to hear from WEO. I explained how unhappy I was that I have a broken piece of furniture and have been sitting on the floor for almost 2 months because I cannot use my furniture. All Safeware customer service said is they would leave a message for the adjuster and copy his supervisor on the message. This was on 2/14. Feeling like I was getting no where with Safeware I sent an email to WEO customer service I explained the situation, left my safeware claim # and NOTHING. Not even a "let me look into it for you."
There is NO reason I should have to wait over 2 months to have my furniture repaired. I am very disappointed, the main reason I purchased my furniture from WEO was because of price and the warranty you offered. I won't make that mistake again there are so many more competitors in town now.
It will be interesting to see if anyone actually responds to this complaint and if they do how long it will take.

Fiance and I went to buy a new Sectional, we requested that a singe piece be deleted out of the sectional, we were quoted a price and purchased the sectional. Upon pick up we were short one out of 5 pieces, went inside to the south county store to figure out the problem. According to the sales floor manager there was a miss during the quote and we would have to pay an additional 185+ protection and tax. They would not honor the quote given and the best they could do was an 25 dollar discount on the piece. Sounds like Bait and Switch to me.we returned the pieces purchased. I'll be submitting a BBB Complaint as well, I would steer clear of the South County Store or Weekends Only in general...
