I have been working with Lauren to find a home for my family and I. She has been AMAZING. Nice, genuine, honest, hard working and most of all she works for the best interest of her clients. She worked diligently and fast to get my offer to the owner and then to relay the answers back to me. I will definitely use Channing Real Estate in future and I recommend everyone work with Lauren.
What a great company! Unbelievably welcoming and positive! They have shown their family touch in caring about the customer and providing great advise on what can be obtained with realistic goals and the customers needs first! If you have the chance to work with them, I highly recommend it!
DO NOT LIST WITH THEM After Catherine Luther rescheduled twice and postponed once on the time slots she proposed to show a listing, she didn't show up at all! Even I texted her half an hour before the appointment. When I called her, she pretended that she made a mistake but clearly she just forgot or cannot show up for unknown reason. No wonder the listing price has dropped $55k but still on market after a month. I hope the seller in Belmont could see this post and change to another agency.

Laura Klencheski was incredibly knowledgeable and never pushy. She listened to what we were looking for and only showed us places that fit into our needs and budget.
