I worked with Jivan Colabawalla to get my apartment in Somerville and it was a wonderful and easy experience. First off, it was my dream apartment and I'm incredibly happy that I got it. But more importantly he was an utmost professional through the process. Responding promptly and following up quickly when necessary. He showed me the apartment as soon as he could and handled the paperwork quite quickly. I've dealt with many realtors before who were not kind, personable or professional...but luckily that's not Jivan. Such a nice guy. I'm so glad that I had the chance to work with Jivan. Thanks again. Highly recommend him.

Jivan, the owner, was ultra unprofessional. Never have I had a agent yell at me and accuse me of lying to him. He said I stated I have roommates... when we never discussed anything in detail, is the epitome of incompetence. In one conversation we’ve only discussed a time and date to see the apartment. No where in the conversation did I say I have roommates staying with me. His over presumptuous attitude will only stifle his ability to run a good business. All this is to say i will find another agent listing the same house and you will be irrelevant. In addition I will advise everyone I know looking for a home at any point to stay away from you. In laments you run an awful unprofessional business and everyone ought to know.
