The A-Team of Cambridge rental real estate!!! These guys work VERY hard and look out for your best interests. I’ve had the pleasure of being both a tenant and neighbor of the Bayside Realty office for the past 18 months and they have treated me like family. Keep in mind that the leasing process requires mutual screening, so they value tenant prospects who are not only financially responsible but also good-tempered and willing to work with them on finding a fair arrangement.

Arthur at Bayside Realty is amazing. Most importantly, I found the perfect apartment though him! He was extremely attentive, responsive including on weekends and during evenings, candid gave me the down low on the landlord, and helpful. Drove me to the apartment a second time just so I could take measurements in there for furniture, checked that the landlord fixed the things I complained about before I moved in, and even helped me with my move by looking into Uhaul parking and connecting me with some independent movers. Took my calls and helped me with miscellaneous things way after he already cashed in the check. Went wayyy above and beyond. Also, he's just a very likable, friendly, and well-humored gentleman! After a long string of bad housing search experiences, I can say that this was the best, smoothest one I've ever had. So thankful to Arthur and Bayside. Summer 2017 Update: I can't say enough how grateful I am to Arthur and bayside realty. They not just Arthur, the team have been super generous with little things waived application fees for my new roommate and, most importantly, time and helpfulness on things way beyond their mandate, like sublease situations. Truly have gone above and beyond. Best agents I've ever come across. Highly recommended.

Im writing this review using my son's Google account. I am a real estate agent from San Diego CA and was trying to help my son find an apt in Boston for the upcoming school year. Most real estate agents were awful-late to appts and had no knowledge of the properties they were showing. I happened to find Bayside Realty by chance and Im so glad I did! Rudy Shanjani was in the office on the Memorial Day weekend 2016 and was a God-send! He ran around finding properties for us on a moments' notice. We signed a year's lease with him 2 days later. as our realtor failed to inform us about the details of the lease and payments required, he got angry and began yelling at us within 5 minutes of us arriving at his business. He kept saying that he was chasing us around trying to get ahold of us, but the truth is WE tried to contact him through email and phone, and it was as if he disappeared off the face of the earth. This is the most unprofessional realty business I have ever visited. The whole time we were talking, Muhammad kept putting his finger out pointing at us while telling us that it was all our fault that we never tried to contact him, but the truth is the opposite. He was obviously enraged by the fact that he didn't know how to deal with his own fault, so he just yelled at us to try to make it seem like it was our fault. Please never, ever do business with this company. They will not treat you with even a tiny sliver of respect, frankly not even as a human being.

Arthur was very responsive and always professional when helping us find our apartment! When we moved in and had trouble with our landlord he was there to mediate. Thanks!

Rudy was extremely helpful! Signed a lease on the spot. I don’t know about the other reviews but you should definitely contact him for apartments.

I am not happy at all with this agent. They charged for doing nothing. Not recommended at all. Just a few examples: -They don't know anything about apartments planing. Although I asked for an apartment with more sun, they suggested the one with least sun. -We expected the apartment to have central HEATING but we realized that the heating is through electricity that we have to pay by ourselves!!!
