Weill Cornell Medicine - Primary Care Tribeca

The doctors here are amazing but the admin and after hours service is atrocious. It's hard to get same day sick visits at the 40 worth street location, staff says they will call you back but they don't and you have to keep following up.The answering service claims to have a doctor or nurse call you back in 20 minutes but I've waited 4 hours before, with multiple calls back to them in between. I'm not sure if they need to hire more staff or provide better training but it's awful service and except that the doctors are so great I would have left this practice a long time ago.

Be aware that's it's nearly impossible to get your child a same day sick appointment at this office even if you call first thing - 8am. It defeats the purpose of having a pediatrician for anything except well visits. The office manager is also very aggressive / threatening if you try to get an accommodation from the nurse on call.

Always happy with our Drs, the staff and the efficiency of offices we see Peds and Internal Medicine. I get forms filled out quickly and they get email/messaged to me. In addition, I am able to communicate with the Dr via secure messaging on their app. Thank you WC-Tribeca!!

I came here as a new primary care patient to see Dr. Greenwald. I came to the building approximately on time, but it was in the morning and there was a wait to get in building security. I came up 10 minutes after my appointment to be told that they couldn’t see me because I was 10 minutes late. Usually it’s a 15 minute grace period, and the next appointment they could give me was three months later! Awful service all around, doesn’t matter how good the doctor is.

Doctors are great. Front desk is absolutely atrocious to deal with.
