Wells Fargo Bank

Fine for basic checking but don't try to set up more than something basic at the Summit location . I went in 4 times (twice on a weekend) trying to set up a new business checking account and despite getting all the info they needed and filling their forms they still couldn't do it because they kept forgetting to tell my what else they needed on their checklist. I gave up after four tries. Servis First much better with skilled bankers and helped me right away.

I opened a new account with Wells Fargo today. Josh and Jenise were two of the nicest most helpful people in that facility. They welcomed me with open arms and literally made me feel like I was part of a family, their family! Opening an account was easy and didn't take that long and I really enjoyed my experience.
