Great but busy location! Manager Gary very on top of it! They handle all needs of the customers with care. All Wells Fargo locations now operate with less tellers and have EVEN MORE functions at their ATMS and app
Eh, what more is there to say, big companies cut their costs by not employing the proper amount of people to handle the influx of people they get. How can you have 1 teller working every weekend after 3? They obviously know that most of their clients are working class people that hold a job during regular business hours. This the usual experience here and there is no change, no help. Just sit and wait. But wait! They offer you a 10 gift check to start doing everything online so they don't have the horrible hassle of having to deal with customers face to face, thank God! They have answered the common man's cries for help!!
I went to this location to open an account and spoke with Betzaida one of the bankers. She was very rude and was treating me like I was dumb because I wasn’t aware that I needed and award letter to receive my benefits into my accnt. I would never go back to WellsFargo I also decided to open the accnt at another bank institution but I can’t believe WellsFargo had such a rude, discourteous, disrespectful employees.
I had made a cash deposit to our checking account in person and then checked my account online afterwards to confirm that the money was there. After the money had not appeared on our account, I called multiple times and no one was able to answer why that deposit was not showing up. I went to the bank in person to speak with a teller, it turns out that she deposited our money into someone else's account by accident!!! Thank god I kept the paper receipt from my deposit the first time and was able to show proof that the deposit was made in the first place!! This bank should also have more tellers available during peak hours to minimize the wait time and provide better customer service.
This branch should not even be open . After standing out in the cold for 30 minutes . Then a additional 30 minutes in line inside branch . Then I was told I would have to wait 30-45 more minutes for a manager to respond to a email to approve me being able to deposit a check I decided to leave . I will close all of my accounts with this bank because apparently they can not provide the typical service of a bank .
My husband & I had to speak to one of ladies sitting at the desks on 2 seperate occasions we had 2different women help usto help us with something going on with our bank account. Both ladies were extremely thorough, polite, knowledgeable & answered every question we had. Service was top notch!
Closed all of my 5 accounts. Any bank that refuses to allow a DEPOSIT from another bank issued check because of a larger amount because it was not made in person... then when it is re-deposited in person, wants to put a hold on funds I could have handled 10 days... was quoted 10 weeks - when it was issued from a bank LITERALLY across the street easily verified, for a customer that has been with the establishment through 5 business name changes and over 30yrs, does NOT know how to provide customer service. I'm done. I don't trust morons with my money.
Took me 20 mins to pay my auto loan bill because their chip machine was down. Told me to go to Citizens Bank which isn't my bank to get the money out. That was bullshit. Waste of my time. Last time I'm using this bank ever. Refinancing my auto loan tomorrow
WELLS FARGO ALLOWED AN ACCOUNT HOLDER OF THEIRS TO FORGE MY SIGNATURE AND DEPOSIT MY FEDERAL EMPLOYMENT CHECK WITHOUT ME BEING PRESENT OR INFORMED. WELLS FARGO IS AN ACCESSORY TO FRAUD FOR THEIR BIG BUCK HOLDERS. THERE WILL BE A LAWSUIT IF I AM NOT CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY AND REIMBURSED BY WELLS FARGO OR THEIR ACCOUNT HOLDER.
They change the hours and did not post it on the site. They now open at 9:30am instead of 9am. People have to get to work and would like access to there money if needed before work. While everyone inside is just having a conversation I'm outside in the cold.
