PNC Bank

Every time I go to get a card replacement there's always some thing in the way. Either I gotta wait 45 min for them to take care other sit down clients [ that has nothing to with printing a card out] .... This time it was a empty bank and the lady told me to go to Erie pnc instead because she has a conference call ..... unfair and satisfied customer ... always something wrong with this bank .... Get ready to waste time ....

This bank is a mess. They need to change how they do business. I had a very unpleasant experience with them. They tried to charge me for something I was never supposed to be charged for. If you value your hard earned money, go to a different branch or better yet, use a completely different bank.

I have been there in 2 occasions for appointment and they never couldn't see me. When I asked how long was going to take for Celeste to see me they just say that she won't be able to see me, then I asked why they didn't call me or email me to cancel as they send me an email the day before to confirm and Rosa just said that they don't even check those emails and that Celeste probably didn't know that she was having a client coming to meet with her...very disappointed!!!

If you're not a regular here you get treated really rudely. I was calling back to back for 3 days to get in touch with Rosa in regards to my bank account and she was either not there or busy. She never even tried to call me back when she was free. You're supposed to treated everyone the same not play favorites.

Bank manager Celeste want aware of proper check cashing procedures. It took me two weeks to receive my check back just to deposit it back into my account. PNC SUCKS!!!!!!

Lines are long at the atm ...only one atm works no help for people who do not know how to use the atm's its ridiculous

Bad service. Rude,don’t care to do they’re job correctly.

Bad service, rude tellers and unnecessary holds on account that I did not experience at other branches.

Worst bank in the world. Do not use them!!
