PNC Bank

I rarely go to this bank, and all the time they gave me really bad service. I don’t like PNC Bank. Compared to TD Bank the employees at TD bank are so much nicer and more considerate than the ones at PNC. I do not recommend going to PNC.

They don’t have updates hours do to covid -19 had ppl standing and parked inline for hours

Service has always been pleasant and professional. They do not stand out as exceptional but I have no reason to complain either.

Employee was very helpful and friendly but there isn't enough employee there to assist on busy days.

People are pleasant but not enough staff or chairs. More people wanting than seats. Some people left without receiving any service. Waiting almost an hour a d still haven't seen a customer service rep.

I been to this bank for 31 years the service is great.

They believe in pleasing their Customer

Basic banking needs with real nice workers.

Not enough available tellers, always 1 available take expect to be here 30min just for anyone to see you
