If it was possible to give them 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service experience. They barely speak english as it is so there is a big language barrier and along with that they give you the run around rather than tell you straight away whether they can or cannot provide the services asked.

Why they don't let people give this stupid bank 0 star? I am not sure if other branches are like that but this bank on Castor and Magee Avenue needs to be permanently closed. Seriously because if not something bad might happen between the customers and the employees.

Customer service in this branch sucks. Tiffany was so rude and also the supervisor is so unprofessional and helpless. Never going there again

Worst bank , I can't believe they can literally hold your money. Stating your account can only be credited and you can't take your own money out .
