Had a wonderful young lady named caroline help me out today. She was fast and got me my debit card right away. She was also really positive as well. Had a great time working with her and wish her the best.
Man im worried about my future in such situations, any bank can charge any random amount as fee penalty fine. This bank is boss of them, can put random charges and we must pay it

BEST PFFCU location ever. Branch manager is awesome. She’s always helping members and her team members. Always see her working and available to everyone. Should hire more managers like her. Busy branch but as long as you have employees who give great customer service I don’t mind the wait.
The atm outside never works to accept deposit. It’s really inconvenient because I constantly deposit cash. I’m disappointed Since I left Wells Fargo for pffcu. I know I’m going to end up just going back to Wells Fargo if they don’t fix this issue since this is the closest PFFCU to my house.
I went to the bank of America to open an account and they told me I have to wait for a week and the customer was rude. Therefore I left and I came to PFFCU, that was the best decision I could have made. The customers were very helpful and caring. Also, they have a signing machine and a coin machine. This is very beneficial to me. I've heard so many good things about the bank but I had to see for myself but everything turns out to be true.
Very busy branch. Parking is difficult in the front due to limited spaces but there is a lot behind the bank - usually few spots available. The service here is very good - long lines for tellers usually move quick because they staff properly. Waiting for appointments with bankers for other services goes quick too. PFFCU has many branches scattered around and I think this one is a gem.

So I just want to say my previous post was not a good experience but that has changed. The branch manager did call me back the next day after the post and I was able to close my mother's account. She was very empathetic for which I want to say thank you again.
