They have good service.
Was there this AM. Went early and things went smooth and easy.
This bank has no idea how to handle this pandemic. No exaggeration the drive thru is 20 cars deep all day every day and they take 1 car at a time. All other banks have people walking the line and taking customers
We waited 30 minutes in line, being the third car to get a cashiers check. I used to work in a bank. How could this POSSIBLY take so long?!
the tellers are very polite and friendly
Horrible and unprofessional. I had my ATM card and my ID and was trying to withdraw some money. Then they wanted to see my pass port. Am I boarding onto an airplane? Who carries their passport?
Terrible customer service made us wait for over an hour outside.
