Wendy's

I love the chili and a baked potato is a lot healthier than french fries. Keep offering the salads and healthier choices.

I had the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant, period, at this Wendy's, and that's really saying something. We were on the road passing through, so we chose to go through the drive-thru. Big mistake. I only ordered one salad, and it took about 30 minutes. We were only the second vehicle in line. Multiple people behind us just left the drive-thru and went somewhere else, but we already paid so we were stuck. We finally get to the pick-up window, and lo' and behold they don't even know what my order was. I had to tell them, so then five minutes go by, one of the girls sticks her head out and asks if I got it yet. The answer was no. I finally get the salad from a different girl who seemed to be a manager. She just shoved it in my car window and slammed the pick-up window shut without a word. Alright, well, I understand that people have bad days. I pulled into the parking lot to eat the salad real quick and get back on the road... except the salad was a complete and utter mess. It had no cheese, like actually no cheese, and the bacon which is supposed to be chopped was just two slabs. Two solid slabs of bacon ontop of the salad. Nice. It also only had one scoop of avocado, when it's supposed to come with two. Alrighty then. At this point, I'm already so invested in the stupid salad that I go back to ask them to remake it. I offered to give the salad back, because I wasn't trying to scam for free food. I always try to be kind and reasonable, because I've also worked in food and I know what it's like, but it didn't matter. The girl who thrust the salad into my lap earlier told me "no." She claimed there was nothing wrong with the salad, and that they apparently don't give refunds and don't remake food no matter what. Now, we all know that's total bull. She was extremely rude, so I just threw the salad away and left. This location essentially stole 8 dollars, and 1 hour of time, from me. Please don't give them your money.

Stood in line for several minutes. One customer was helped, then the clerk disappeared again. I had to leave, I couldn't wait any longer.
