The Wendy’s on shore Drive next to the auto parts store by Kroger. I give five stars. If I could give more I would at one point a time they may have been struggling I think maybe not enough employees, but over the months they have came together so well. Their food is always so fresh. They’re very nice sweet and friendly always willing to help. I do not know her name. I see her more of nighttime late shift, I think she may be a manager but I can say she is 100% making sure everything leaves that window perfect she’s very respectful polite. They’re also are 2 to 3 guys that work late night that are awesome. I am not a huge fan of Wendy’s my husband is I have grown to like it, but I’ve grown to love it now because this Wendy’s really Puts love into their food morning shift and lunch. Everybody there so nice and friendly you don’t hear fighting bickering everyone works together and everything comes out very fast and fresh. Their bathrooms are always very clean. The front of the restaurant is so clean I don’t ever see food trash nothing laying around the outside is very clean also.  Parking: They have a lot of parking spaces upfront and on the side there is plenty of parking and there is parking also in the back and their parking lot is nice and smooth. No holes really nice.  Kid-friendliness: It does not have a play gym or anything but it is kid friendly. There’s enough room if the kids are done eating and you’re still finishing up for them to run around or go from table table it’s very clean.  Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, I have seen and walked up the ramp for wheelchairs

I love Wendy’s food but this place has the slowest service of any drive thru I’ve ever seen. I’ve been going here about 1-2 times a month for the past 2 years and literally every single time it is a 10-20 mins wait for my food even when there are no other cars in line.Food: 4/5

I’ve been getting the southwest chicken salad for a week now and love it. But tonight there was a piece of wood in my salad as big as my thumb. They have no idea how it got in there but apologized and made me a new one. It was bizarre and I still don’t know what to think

For a fast food restaurant, this place is always clean, they are always quick, no lines, no wait, dining area is very clean, tables are clean as well. I'll come back to this location for sure Food: 5/5

I Came In For Lettuce, Tomatoes   And Pickles For Our Beach Picnic. It Was Around 2PM, The Drive-Through Was Busy & Staff Was Changing Out Menu Boards. They Were Ah-mazing! Polite, Helpful & Knowledgeable. The Manager Actually Stopped What She Was Doing And Went To Cut Our #veggies & Bag The Containers HERSELFFood: 5/5

Do not eat here, 8/13/23 I ordered a Dave’s double and got very sick about two hours later. The place is absolutely disgusting. Please do not eat here until the owner gets the place under controlFood: 1/5

I’ve been waiting on two times by Xzavyon at the Drive-Thru at 4757 Shore Drive in Virginia Beach. He is so polite, friendly, and personable. The service was great, and even when there was a mild wait, he apologized for the delay. He also complimented me on My Jeep, which I loved! The food was good too.Food: 4/5
