Chick-fil-A

I was impressed with this location. The service was very friendly, the food was brought to mr table, and it was delivered quickly. There was even someone who was checking on everyone who was dining to see if anything was needed. The food was good; the chicken nuggets were actual chicken chunks and not processed or ground. This is certainly not your typical fast food establishment!

Listen! It was a rough morning so I need some Chic-fil-A to cheer me up. I got a two for one deal today. Not only was the food fresh but the customer service was amazing!! Mr. ALPHONSO MADE MY DAY!! If all locations had a just a taste of his customer service people wouldn't want to eat anywhere else! Thank you for an amazing start to my day!

It was pretty good. My fries were not the best but they were not the worse either. It is fast food so it met my need.Food: 4/5

This is a very good place to eat. Great food and great friendly service. Been here many times over the years allways have fast service and hot food. The lemonade is amazing love the chicken it's so tasty. Shakes are very good as well. Polynesian is my favorite dipping sauce. Can get crowded here but it has speedy service. I always have a good experience here and food is correct. My favorite chickfila in the area Keep up the great work. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

Pamela was a sweetie , her personality and kindness made my entire week . Kudos to management for hiring great staff.

Just ordered a Cobb salad made to order with no corn. If who ever is making salads and has long hair with reddish brown hair please wear a hair net. Had a long day and I don’t have the heart to tell my bf why I abruptly stopped eating it when he got it to make me feel better. Not too mad just more bummed. Not a service issue just plz maybe put your hair back? Usually good service though.

They were fast, friendly and accurate. My English Muffin was a little over toasted but not an issue.Food: 4/5

I went to the drive thru for lunch. Jada rolled her eyes, approached my car and took my order; 2 basic meals, nothing special. She had an attitude and struggled to comprehend my order. I repeated it back , she said okay, but she didn’t confirm it. When I got to the window the young boy was sipping, chatting, and looking uninterested in his job. When I got home and fully opened my meal I realized there was no top bun to my sandwich and I was missing the fries for my second meal. I called the location and was able to get a ‘replacement meal’, so we’ll see how that works in the future. Still very disappointed, I’ve had nothing but good things to say about the other locations. Based on the other reviews, this location needs retraining asap. Seriously, how do you make a sandwich with one bun?

I have given this Chick-fil-A chance after chance after chance and EVERY time I come to this one there’s a problem! Their employees don’t take your order correctly and then you have to pay after the fact. There will be NOONE in line but yet I still have to wait 5-10 minutes for my food! I had to wait 10 minutes because they had to make hash browns but yet they were clearly refryed and were cold! I will no longer be going to this Chick-fil-A and will be taking my business the one on the boulevard.

The fastest customer service I’ve ever seen!! These lines moved so fast and the workers all had a bright smile! Thank you chick fil a independence Blvd for your amazing customer service!
