Waited an hour to get my mobile order. I checked my bag and there were no chips as I had paid for so I asked a worker if he had forgotten it but he just replied “yeah we’re out”. Okay then take it off the app?? Let us know when you hand us the food?? Give me a refund? It wouldn’t have been an issue then. My drive home was only 8 minutes from this location but my food had already gotten cold, my bowl was just wrapped in foil, and there was no lettuce and barely any rice. I would never order here again.
Similar to other experiences in the reviews. Ordered online. Pickup time for 7:30. Arrived at 7:35 and order not ready. While waiting, realized there were 17 other people waiting for their order. Not exaggerating. I am attaching a panoramic photo and you can count. 18 if you count the guy coming back in the door angry with his bag There’s also a tall skinny person behind the red pole in the front that’s hard to see in the photo. I waited until 7:40 when I decided there’s no way I’ll eat tonight if I’m waiting for 17 other people to get their orders. There appeared to only be 3 people on staff with 2 of them watching the other person do the work. I watched almost 100% return rate for the few orders that were made while I was getting a refund from the agent on the website in the parking lot. As you can imagine, not one of the customers was happy. Luckily I could get my money refunded and avoid that mess. They should be compensating these customers with gift cards or something. Nobody in their right mind is voluntarily returning to that.
This is the first time I ordered online it was ok. I ordered extra everything, and got triple rice and that’s where the extra ends. Not much vegetables, meat, or sour cream. The only reason I gave two stars was because the bowl was very full, but the bad thing is mostly rice. : Parking: There is plenty of parking because it’s in a shopping mall.
It is not a welcoming environment. Only the first young lady had a pleasant attitude. The second gives off the vibe as though I am inconveniencing her life by being there. Cashier was okay. Food is always good, but it makes me not want to go into the store.
We got there at 8:26 and ordered our food, they started breaking down the line during making our meal. All the food was exposed to the water underneath. Tried to order some chips I was told they were for customers that order online Then I was told if I wanted some I could just use my ap and pay for them. No how about take care of the customer that is here now? Then to top it off my girlfriend got food poisoning from her meal. I called the corporate office and received a call back from Dawn or Donell. I tried to call them back 14 times and never got another returned call. Never again. Worst experience ever!!!!!
This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever had the unfortunate experience of ordering from. For the past 2 years they have consistently failed on every level and every few months when I try again...It’s the same story. The service is terrible. The wait times are laughable. Recently they tried to switch to “online only”. Basically they just now refuse to take orders in the store instead making you order on the app regardless of the time of day. This has resulted in, ironically, even longer wait times and worst customer service. The food is cold, there’s a 80% chance you won’t get the right order, and the managers are both incompetent and simply don’t care. Chipotle...this store is struggling...help them please. This store is costing you customers every day it remains open. At the present moment there are 6 employees, no one is getting their food, and 1 person is actually working.
Do not order from this location. Every single time I order they get it wrong. It's like the employees can't read so if you order one burrito with lettuce and sour cream, the other 2 burritos are going to have lettuce and sour cream even if you don't have it selected. Of the 4 times I've gone here, they've never gotten an order right. It's incredibly frustrating. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and go to a different location.
Mobile order wasn't ready at the time it said it was going to be ready. A group of people were already waiting on their mobile order when I got there. They barely gave me any rice. It all just seemed rushed. Normally the rice fills the bowl. I will not be going this Chipotle again.
i wasn’t able to customize my meal at all which is the reason why chipotle is so popular BECAUSE the point is to be able to “make it your own.” i used to be able to get steak and fajita veggies on my quesadilla but now i can’t? on top of that the steak was extremely dry and my order was incomplete. i ordered it with salsa and sour cream and got neither. the chips were very stale and the queso tasted and looked expired. chipotle has never been this bad
Absolutely awful! Ordered through door dash. Both bowls were cold the meat The “steak” bowl had very minimal amount of steak and no fajita veggies as requested. The other was suppose to be chicken with two salsas, veggies, sour cream, guacamole which was extra! It came with steak, cheese, lettuce and rice! Called to try and make it right and was told I had to request refund and reorder, no attempt to right the wrong. I've never had this kind of experience with any Chipotle.
