Wendy's

If I could give zero stars I would. Every other Wendy's breakfast is great! This Wendy's, biscuits are unimaginably hard, sausage is old and hard. Never have I received food worth eating from here. The best thing about this Wendy's is their coke.

We stopped and got a breakfast on the run. Our food was nice and hot, to order. It didn't take long to get our food. Everyone was very polite and courteous. It appeared to be very clean as well. Yes, we will return. Parking: At the time we were there there was still ample parking available as well. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant had wheelchair accessibility & was well marked.

They have minors working until 11 at night, even on week nights when they were open that late I have seen them threaten a customer, I have a buddy who worked there and I was shown how if cheese that has been sitting out all day to the point where the edges are hard, they will save it to reuse it. Wendy's makes some of the best fast food, and they are lucky for that, because if their success depended purely on employees, they would be out of business.

Paper towel dispenser in women's restroom broke. Cashier didn't greet, just straight to ordering restaurant was dead despite it being lunch time. Fountain machine in lobby doesn't work either. Changed from one star to two stars because the food was fresh and made to order, despite the fries being overcooked. Both the fries and nuggets had so much grease soaked in, I'm not sure how that even happens. Customer behind me asked for unsweet tea. And at 1215pm, they were "out". He asked if they would just make some up, he'd wait--he said it's the reason he even came today. He was told to select something else. Super specific and picky, but there's a Wendy's on this same road a few stoplights away, and it's not been anything less than a great experience there.

By far the worst managed Wendy’s I have ever been too.. waited 30 min for my meal to only take a bite and about break my tooth on the hard Bunn. Like a brick.. don’t waste your time stoping here.

Sweet tea was basically water. Gave me the wrong order… sausage instead of chicken breakfast sandwich. I don’t like sausage and didn’t realize til I got home : it’s a waste

Ordered a Dave's Double and realized one of the Patties was raw when we got home. Called.the store and notified the Manager. Did not receive an apology or anything. I thought that was strange.

Only gave 1 star because there wasn't a zero star. Asked for 2 large Frosties and was given 2 small ones. Explained that we asked for large and the girl called us liers. Very rude and won't be back!!!

Food did not live up to the description l. Not sure if that was a corporate thing or location. Counter staff was very pleasant

Food and service were good and knowing that they were short of workers at times, I'd have to say that they manage very well in these circumstances.Food: 5/5
