Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Excellent burgers that includes unlimited season fries, Homemade potato chips and several other items. The burger was cooked to my specifications. Sir what is a good experience. SERVICE was over the top. My first time at this restaurant and was waited by Faith. She was excellent and on top of things. They had homemade potato chips that I had never tried and asked her if I could try a sample and within one minute they showed up at our table. They are best known for their burgers and fries. If that’s what you’re looking for in this is a great place to go. I plan on a return visit sometime soon.

Service was good, the waitress was very nice. Made a mistake with my daughter's burger. Took a long time to get it re-fired. They forgot to put it in the computer so it didn't get made until my wife inquired about it after waiting fifteen minutes. They took it off the bill and added some free doughnuts which was cool. However, the donuts suck, we didn't like them. They're biscuits sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. It just doesn't work. ‍

It was an amazing experience our waitress was phenomenal very helpful tentative lots energy the food was best I've had at a Red Robin,the decor atmosphere was crazy awesome TOP NOTCH ESTABLISHMENT FOR SURE

Stopped here for dinner with a friend I had not seen in over 8 yrs. Had a great time and food was expected very delish. Kid-friendliness: Great place to take family's

We ate at the Red Robin at the Springhurst location on November 8 and had a terrible experience. We were there with relatives. I ordered the mushrooms Swiss burger with salad instead of fries. The server came out and said they were out of mushrooms so I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. After a really long time our food came out and mine had fries. I let the server know of the mistake and she corrected it. The fries on all of the meals were luke warm as though they had been prepared sometime earlier. Much time later others at our table got our servers attention and requested more fries. Again much time went by before she returned with more barely warm fries. At this point all we wanted to do was leave after a dissatisfying meal. We couldn't get her attention for our checks so we had to catch the hostess and let her know we needed to leave and needed to pay. I actually think the server was taking care of all of the people in the restaurant. A other was taking care of to go orders. We arrived at 11 when they opened . By the time we left it was 12:30 and the place was starting to fill up. The burgers were not hot nor the other food. We've usually had a really good meal here but on this occasion everything was awful. Hopefully they can rectify the problems because at this time we are not interested in repeating thus experience. I doubt my husband can ever be persuaded to return to this restaurant. Vegetarian options: The salad although small was good. No refills were offered though

Hostess was great and very kind! Wait time was fast and place is very clean. Waitress was rude and left us waiting for long times in between visits to the table. Never removed any dishes from the table. Myself and three daughters went for a girls day and it was just not what we normaly expect from red robbin. Food was dry and cold. Burgers where made wrong and Condiments where forgot. Not sure we will be returning to this location after the Experience we had.

I ordered catering to be delivered to my office. Delivery time came and no food arrived. I called and catering routed my call to the Brownsboro Crossing restaurant that was to deliver the order. The manager on duty informed me that the food was there and ready but they didn't know it was to be delivered and they had no one to deliver it. I fail to understand how they did not know it was to be delivered when the order was placed a week prior and they charged a delivery fee. He attempted to contact his GM for a solution but the GM was unavailable. I had to drive to the restaurant to pick it up. By that time the food had been sitting for nearly an hour. When we were finally able to eat our meal the appetizers we cold, the burgers were dried out and barely warm, and the only topping sent with the burger bar order was cheese. My total bill was refunded by the manager on duty but this hardly makes up for the inexcusable customer service provided, the lack of professionalism of the GM and the embarrassment of having to serve practically inedible food to my staff for their holiday party.

Red Robin is my favorite burger chain. Love their gourmet burgers, onion rings, sweet potato fries, and Freckled Lemonade. Our server did a great job and I was pleased with my food and overall dining experience.

Haven’t been here in years - Togo order was perfect, on time and in and out. Burgers were great - good to know Banzai was exactly as I remembered! Extra fries were a hit with entire fam. Vegetarian options: Vegan, veggie, lettuce “buns” - best in biz. Parking: Parking on three sides of building Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of spots up front

Always a fun place to take kids! I love that they have not only impossible burgers but also another vegan patty! The onion rings were so yummy!!!Food: 5/5
