Wendy's

Service was friendly, food hot but pretty sure the chicken was held /precooked, not cooked to order. Dine in area was not clean. Every table was dirty/greasy/sticky. Some still had trash from previous diners. Drink area was especially bad, and the coke freestyle machine was very dirty. My plain coke tasted odd and fruity, lines probably need cleaned as well.

So i went around 9 am and I just want to say don't worry about the low rating. When I went it was fast the food was hot it was fresh it was even still hot when I got to my destination. Fries were still crispy I had the maple chicken bacon breakfast sausage egg and cheese biscuit and it was like an ultimate breakfast sandwich staff was friendly and professional even when they have been there all night. keep up the good work.

Susanna & Sonia made this a great experience. All the staff were very friendly and the food was fresh . I haven't had Wendy's for a moment and was very overall well pleased with both the cleanliness and freshness of the fast food. Keep it up. Promote within Got great staff here. Good location too! Parking: Next to lots of shops but depends on time of day I guess?

The food is good. The atmosphere, dirty floors and tables. Out of napkins and ketchup, had to ask staff to refill. The soda fountain machine: was full of water, told staff, not fixed and Out of straws and dirty area. Womens restroom closed cause they were waiting for plumber. Do not go here, go to the Wendy's on St Rose Parkway/Spencer.

Guess what. The founder Dave died and now its a chain. If you want fast food go home and microwave a frozen burrito. This place was clean and staff was nice. It's on the strip so consider the high volume of traffic. Probably high turnover because nobody likes an angry customer. Probably get your burger spat on with "secret sauce" if you keep honking your horn and complain all day. Don't take it out on these folks....they gotta make a living and don't work for you. Have some respect . Patience at minimum This place is actually nice. You get what you put in. Karma

Cold fries and a cold single cheese is disappointing. Considering the high prices of everything now, I feel it should be hot and fresh. Canes is very close and I have never had cold food fries or chicken there.

Corporate really needs to do something about this restaurant come on like a less than three star review didn't even fill my chili all the way you pay for a full cup of chili and wind up getting a half a cup corporate really really needs to do something about this restaurant no fast food restaurant should have a less than three star review

Only Wendy's I've ever been to that closes at 6pm on a Saturday during the dinner rush!Food: 2/5

Horrible experience. Thankfully, Door Dash is crediting my account. Food for 2. My Strawberry salad was awful, very few strawberries, no dressing, limp, tasteless. My baked potato with cheese and sour cream , MIA . In it’s place some old brown, limp fries from??? I upon a call to this Wendy’s I was referred to Door Dash. The Wendy’s representative was not INTERESTED AT ALL in hearing about the poor quality and presentation/ missing food order. She was NOT helpful, didn’t care and wanted me gone. Bye bye. Sorry to bother you with my $40 order and concerns. Door Dash could teach this Wendy’s personnel about Customer Care and quality control. SMH!‍

Thanks for NOT listening and sending me home with SPICY nuggets for my 3 year old!!!!! Awesome work keep up this sensational service!!
