I’m not really sure why you advertise to be open for Breakfast! I was stopping by in the morning before my daughter get on the bus at 7:20am & they are never open. Reminder: Door sign says you open at 6:00am. This morning someone was in there but sitting in the front on the phone so I guess the rest of the staff hadn’t made it in yet. Last week I placed an order, waited, & then someone came to the window and told me she was sorry but they had just gotten there so someone had to make the biscuits. Just take the Breakfast signs down! Thanks….
Usually the workers are great here, but today the crew was not the best. I waited 15 minutes at the intercom at the drive thru when there was no one in front of me for the longest time for them just to say they are taking mobile ordering only. When I went to the app, it wasn’t working like it normally does and kept saying “request: forbidden.” I went inside and informed the lady and she wouldn’t help me further when they weren’t that busy. I had to end up going to another place to eat with the app not working and there mobile only policy at that moment. I am sure future people were unable to order as well. Hopefully, no one else experiences what I did but hopefully the workers learn to inform customers sooner than way after.
Horrible service, there were literally no cars in the drive-thru. You told us to wait a moment which is understandable then asked for our order, got silent and didn’t respond. We waited a few more minutes to see if the worker had gotten the order and they were quiet. When we passed by the window the worker was trying to hide as if we couldn’t see her. Do better…
I'm so so tired of going to this location for food and leaving empty handed. To preface this Ive tried 3 times with months in between. Tonight I went there cause its supposedly open til 12. But just before 11, as soon as I get to the moment where I can order. I'm told you close? At least this time someone answered me. Been to this one twice before and left with nothing. Because I waited 30 once, just to order and no one answers me. What is wrong with this Wendy's???
Wow. Wowwwww. People at this place really need to grow up. Never have I experienced anything like I have at this Wendy's. In fact I came to this Wendy's for awhile for how well and timely they made their food compared to the other ones around town but today takes the cake. I ordered a water bottle with my meal. When I arrived at the pickup window she told me they were out and I was getting a cup of water. I said that had I known you were out I would've asked for something else. She proceeds to give me the worst attitude completely undeserved saying well the order had a water even after I just explained that i would've asked for something else. She takes it out of my hand chucks it while giving me a groan and sideeye as she shoves me a sprite instead. With the window open she yells "you paid for water you get a water" . This is the second time an employee has decided to talk disrespectfully to my face with a window open. I did nothing to them and both incidents they decided to put their lack of emotional maturity on to me. If you are upset, don't take it out on the person just coming to your normal business operation to buy something.. that's why you have a job there, because people choose to come here to eat. The lack of care is so evident it's baffling. They don't care if a customer never comes back because of their attitude because it is fast food and to them there are thousands more fish in the sea. To me, they have temporarily ruined my day twice. Making me feel like I did something wrong. Ridiculous. I never shamed people when I worked in the restaurant industry for 9 years. Wendys. Hire new people seriously. Oh by the way.. try not shuttting off your customer service in all forms turning a blind eye to the public so you can actually listen and solve issues or eventually you might find alot more people choosing other restaurants over you. Worst Wendy’s and it’s in one of the better location spots. Can’t ever go in to order because they lock the doors and won’t let people that can’t go thru the drive thru in to order. And when the drive thru line isn’t out into 280 traffic they are always “out” of most things. But it’s just stuff they don’t feel like making that day. I seriously can’t stand this Wendy’s because they don’t care about their customers. They might as well close this one down. They are missing out on so much business. McDonald’s is supposed to have the clowns, not wendys.
Both times I’ve gotten food there via drive thru, they got my order wrong. The first time, when I told them they got one part of my order wrong, they were still going to charge me for the correct order! When we got the manager to come out, they were really rude for no reason. The second time I went, they got my ENTIRE order wrong, and when I told them, they said and I quote, “THATS NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED!” in a snarky attitude. When I got the manager this time, they were a new one, but they STILL responded extremely rude to me.
Horrible service, half empty fries, asked me "what you want" after waiting 5 min with no other customers, no ice in my drink, person who took the order never made eye contact nore attempted to smile or talk. I said thank you and she literally ignored me. I think they intentionally don't give you a receipt because they don't want customers calling corp. I don't ever write reviews but this place is not a good look for Wendy's.
No butter or sour cream with the baked potato, what the heck. Sandwich was good, potato cooked through but dry without any toppings. No utensils. Everything seemed rushed and thrown together.
Worst experience ever!! Hamburger must have been sitting under a red light somewhere; it was not tasty at all. The fries look burnt but were cold and they had NO FROSTYS!! What Wendy’s runs out of Frosty in the afternoon?? I found a hair in my fries!! I am throwing this meal away! I will not be back and that’s a shame because this is so close to my house.
