Wendy's

Used to have little to no issues here but recently have been disappointed with the service. I was greeted by a young man with a lot of negative attitude and was rushed to order, I noticed most times this location differs from the usual level of customer service at other Wendy’s such as the pilot location. It’s going to be quite a while before I give this location another chance.

Have you ever noticed the long lines at Wendy's drive-thrus? Is because their menu is incomprehensible. They choose to do it differently than any other restaurant that has a drive-thru which makes it so people have to sit there and read the entire menu in order to know what to order. At a drive-thru! After waiting 10 to 15 minutes I left

Went there around 11pm to grab a quick drive thru order. Employee was condescending & rude. Food wasn't hot. Waste of my time & money. I won't return

The cashier is very welcoming she make you feel like family, and helpful and knowledgeable. I keep coming back.Food: 5/5

The food was Wendy's standard. They were out of Dr Pepper and Diet Dr Pepper. During our stay the air conditioning went out and the floor began to sweat. This made the floor incredibly slippery. I was on crutches and opted to leave instead of going to the bathroom because I thought I might fall.

Just went through drive thru to grab my son a 6 piece nugget and medium fry. The fries were disgusting, cold and half cooked. The nuggets were over cooked. I'm so annoyed with this. I am not going back to this location anymore. Food is never good.

If your looking for fast food this could be one of them. Its very nice and neat and clean inside. The lady's behind the counter are very nice. Personally I don't like drive ups windows so I can't really speak about that. If your in Milford CT looking for a quick bit to eat. Try Wendy's

The baconator with cheese is amazing. Wendy's is much better than BK or McD. I'm going for the double baconator next time but I don't eat a lot. I'll keep you posted if I can finish one or not.Food: 5/5

Manager was in street west no uniform rude and rushing I asked for a minute at the drive thru not even a min later asked again I said I needed a min then he asked again if he can help me I said I said I need a minute I’m looking at the menu he then said ok well I can promote u something off the menu I told him I been to Wendy’s before I know wat things are. HE then told me then u should know wat U want to order I went inside where he was still rude acted like he ddnt do anything wrong wouldnt speak to me once I found out he was manager telling me I’m messing up his time for orders then called the cops cuz dining room was closed 0/5 stars horrible

They never get your order right, as simple as it may seem, they just don’t get it! 9/10 times your order is incorrect, it’s on the receipt and you pay for it,.. but you don’t get anything close to what you order!! manager says come back and get free order, NO ONE WANTS TO DRIVE BACK STACY!! That’s just the stupidest response you can give!!
