I work for a large retailer and because of this I tend to be keen on presentation and professionalism and I assigned an F grade on both. Some of these employees should be banned from having personal cell phone conversations and strongly encouraged to pay attention to the condition of the dining room and wait time. I sat down at the cleanest table I could find and it had dried ketchup everywhere. I decided not to ask staff to clean it for me in order to walk out healthy and whole.
Had the worst episode at this location ever! Ordered a #1. Triple, medium! Get home, fries just burnt, burger burnt, took pics of this insult, bcuz this is by far the most disrespectful this location has been! So heads up! If you come to this locations drive thru after hours, absolutely check your food! The night crew in this location absolutely has no integrity, so watch yourself here! I typically have to go to the Riggs rd location for excellent food and service!!
Order number 212119913 My sandwich was supposed to have no bacon no cheese. The drink was supposed to be natural lemonade not a powdered chemical mix.
Don't expect much customer service here. The people that work there are swamped and they look severely understaffed. The cashier looked miserable and kind of cringe worthy to witness. Other than that the food was good but the environment needs some clean up as well.
This place is awful. It’s consistently, disgustingly dirty. It’s been stripped down mostly due to clientele issues. The staff seems angry and rude. Unbelievable.
This Wendy’s was probably the slowest service I’ve ever received at any fast food place ever in my 37 years on this planet. The guy manning the drive through left his mic hot and was talking and swearing with his coworkers while I had my 3 sons and 3 nieces in my van. To top it all off, they didn’t even get our order right. after we sat for probably 10 minutes before even placing the order! Several things were forgotten. And we had to pull around and go back into the store twice when we realized they had messed the order up.
The drive thru, at least this time, was very slow to get food out. The food was cold, not that same quality as you would expect from Wendy's, but I was in line after ordering for over 25 minutes. Could have been due to staffing issues, or poor management. I think this location could heavily benefit from reinvestment. A remodel, new management, and a standard for all of the solicitation in the parking lot would improve this location a lot. Unfortunate.
The food I got was not what I ordered. The fries were limp, rubbery and had a dead brown color as if they had been done for a while. While they weren't crisp, they were really hot. The sandwich, though it wasn't what I wanted, was fresh and prepared well. The service was polite and friendly. I didn't check my order before I drove off - that's my fault but given the manner in which the young lady helped me, I'm confident she would have been courteous in correcting the issue had I noticed before I left.
One of only two cars in the drive thru, still took more than 10min to get my order. It was delicious and fresh when I got it. Cold brew was terrible and not brewed cold
Ordered Delivery, 3 cheese burgers, Spicy chicken sandwich, Baconator combo, Pub Sandwich. Order was missing everything but 3 cheese burgers. So I got roughly 9$ worth of food for a 37$ order. Order took 90 MINUTES. it took so long I had to call the delivery driver who said he was waiting over 50 minutes for the food.
