Wendy's

So after a 45 minute wait inside my order was still wrong. I have called multiple times and no answer. I usually don't complain but after waiting 45 min my food should have been right. These are supposed to be double stacks and the triple was still pink. Who owns this place?

Waited 20 min in line Was told in a shift change. I asked if everything was okay it there as the line continued to grow. I was worried about their welfare. The response was “U gonna need to be patient or maybe U should just come back”. Rude. Please not the trash all over the parking lot. I’m sure the inside looks the same. Sad.

Reason the country is the way it is I stopped at Wendy’s to get breakfast for my family and employees are sitting down in the lobby saying they cannot open embarrassing where has my country got into

Sat in line for 20min to be told they aren't taking orders... They told me to wait a minute when I arrived. The guy in front of me drove off too. The crew at night must have been hire by a racist as the crew is NOT diverse and they are all slack. I left and went to Belmont The Wendy's in Belmont was amazing super professional diverse team... The cashier girl was super extra nice... You can go to Belmont and get a burger and come back faster than. This drive thru.

The food is good here but the drive through wait times at night are absolutely awful. It can take 20-30 minutes. That's happened to us quite a few times. Management needs a better plan to get people moved through at night. It's not uncommon to see people drive off. They just got tired of waiting.Food: 5/5

They gave us chicken burgers instead of hamburgers, they didn't give us our frosty, they were out of ketchup, they were out of lids and utensils. They gave our initial order to a door dash driver and had to replace it. The employees were nice though!Food: 3/5

Best Wendy's I've had in a while.. The inside was closed at 7pm despite having a sign on the door saying it was open until 10pm. But after making it through the long line at the drive through the food was made correctly.

this place was packed when we showed up. We went inside and got our food promptly by incredibly nice manager. Fries were insanely good. Haven’t even eaten the other stuff yet but I know it’ll be 5-0.

I have been to this Wendy's many times and it's always been okay. Not great but the service has been better than most and it's cleaner than most so that means a lot to me. The food is fast food and it takes a lot to be great but to stay okay and good is a must. This trip was one time I took one bite from my burger and threw it out. It was borderline icy. $10 on a Dave Single meal that I may eat 15 fries out of and had throw my burger away, I was more than disappointed. I understand it was super busy but I would rather wait on hot food than what I received and feel certain others would as well. If this will be an ok standard practice during busy times, I will have to no longer go to Wendy's as I no longer go to McDonald's.

Sat in the drive through line for 20+ minutes before getting to the speaker and having someone actually say they would help us, then they said "just a moment". Never returned. Sat another 5 minutes, spoke to speaker, no response. 3 minutes later, we left and went to McDonald's across the street. Got food in 5 minutes.Service: 1/5
