Had one of the better drive thru experiences I've had in a while now. The kid that took my order was very pleasant and efficient! This is the slowest "fast" food restaurant I've ever been to. Staff is very nice and the food is solid Wendy's food, but every time we go, there is a line out the parking lot and it's not because they are busy. The line is there because it can take 45 minutes to get from the back to the front and order. Sometimes you sit for 10 minutes and a single car doesn't move. We have basically had to stop going here because we don't have time most days. Other notes: -The inside dining is almost always locked, so don't try that to skip the car line. -They screw up your order every other time leave out items usually and because that line is always so long and the inside is closed, it's a huge pain to get your order fixed.

Drive thru only.. check your bag. I have yet to receive the correct order anytime i,and end up having to turn around. One time I received a person's order that walked up in the drove thru in front of me and drove off before I realized. Instead of them remaking their food, they made me give it directly to them standing there outsideseemed kindve odd, Parking: Drive thru only

Came here at noon on a Sunday with my two toddlers. The doors were locked so we walked to the drive through and were told we would have to use the drive through and could not eat inside. There is no outdoor seating available either. COVID restrictions are over, why are paying customers not allowed to eat inside? Went elsewhere since I don't want my kids to eat in the car.

I'm super disappointed and irritated with the food and quality. I ordered my family dinner, and literally everything was bad. My chicken sandwich was made wrong, we were missing a 4 piece nuggets and small fry from my husband's biggie bag, and our food was cold. We ordered from doordash, and the dasher would not go get our missing food, saying it was not her fault. How do you literally forget to put most of a person's order in the bag?! And doordash only have me a $4 credit. How ridiculous is that?! I will never again waste my money with this location or with doordash.

8.17.22 the manager corrected a mistake made by the employee on the grill. Exceptional manager, thank you Wendy's. Strawberry frosty now This location is very clean, service is great & for a quick healthy snack/small meal this is it. Chili. Except the frosty's of course.

Drive thru employees were polite, real reason was the Peppermint frosty, drive thru line was longer than normal, patience and you'll be enjoying a tasty peppermint frosty shortly. Parking: Drive thru line can be longer than normal, patience and you'll be enjoying your frosty shortly.

Food was great, service was great! Thanks for a pleasant experience. Went drive thru since its the only way and our order was correct .Food: 5/5

Tried to go in to the lobby - saw a whole family and another table inside eating and no signs on the door that said lobby was closed at 4pm on a Saturday, but all the doors were locked??? Unsure of what was going on and why we aren’t able to go in although there were people eating inside plus children, so it wasn’t employees on lunch - please explain, Wendy’s. We were beyond disappointed.
